   First time in after their opening. They have a very young wait staff. Our server got lost for 15 minutes after he took our drink order and the bar was near us. I asked for a Manhattan with Maker's Bourbon. The server said they didn't offer it because they only selected "family brands" whatever that means. They had very limited appetizers and no traditional salad. We went with the sourdough focaccia, which was very good. You don't usually see bread as a menu starter. I had a sirloin, which was very good. My partner had a lobster dish which had a nouvelle look. It was a relatively small portion. There were only two desserts, a very limited offering. Nothing in chocolate. We passed. The main dining room is fairly compact. When we entered, the acoustics made it hard to hear. Three-quarters of the cars in the lot were from New York State. Maybe that's the market they are appealing to.
