   This was our first visit to Radford's newest restaurant. Easy parking in this otherwise parking challenged college town. 5 stars for ambience. We dined on the rooftop and it was very pleasant. Stella, a delightful Americana singer, entertained us. The setting was enjoyable. Lauren, our server, was attentive and professional. There were numerous wait staff working. We enjoyed beer and cocktails. The wine list is limited, not special, but reasonably priced. Disappointed that Virginia wine is not available. We enjoyed the fried cauliflower appetizer and the gathered greens salad. Both were good and an adequate serving size. The grilled swordfish was fair to taste and exceptionally small in serving size. No reason to order this again. The highlander hot chicken sandwich okay but not as spicy as advertised. The pickled green tomato good. The accompanying homemade chips delicious but the serving skimpy. The entree and sandwich were overpriced for the quantity and quality served. At this time, B&B is an outstanding destination for drinks, small plates, views, and entertainment but not fine dining. We hope that changes with B & B becoming the go-to place for special occasion dining in Radford.

   Nice spot. Didn't have full meal. Limited taps, limited bar offerings. Hard to get to in that keycode is required for elevator, so be sure to stop at hotel front desk upon entry. Will go back--hopefully the survive their growing pains.

   The ambience and service was fantastic. The food, however, the pork chop I got was bland and the black eyed peas/corn bread mixture was not very appetizing . My friend got the chicken dinner and said the flavor of the chicken was bland and the beans were tangy. She also didn’t care for the pickled beets (if that’s what they were). Overall, we would not go back for the food.

   The good was amazing- better than anything I’ve had around here in years. Well-presented too. BUT the servers had not been properly trained- for example, ours put down our entrees without picking up our appetizer plates. We had to ask her to take away our plates. In this area it is difficult to find & keep “professional” servers as we are home to 2 universities so it’s common to hire college students, who generally dont stick w/jobs for long, but they shud still know the most basic rules. Also our server also knew zero about the signature cocktails, like what St Germain is, which i wanted to know b4 i ordered the drink using that in the recipe. They really need to have this stuff memorized! The bartender in the lobby cocktail lounge had to look in her binder for the ingredients of a gin & tonic! Lol! It’s new but for goodness sakes, at these prices train your staff!

   We are still talking about our experience lastnight. The atmosphere was perfect for Date night. This restaurant is classy & is everything you will want for "luxury dining". The drinks were top notch, food was delightful. Cannot wait to return.

    What a wonderful setting atop the new Highlander hotel with stunning views of the surrounding Blue Ridge mountains. Other than the comfortable seats, that's about the best recommendation I can offer. This new place has huge teething problems. The bartender had some difficulties - one of our diners didn't recognize the Cosmo she ordered. My Manhattan seemed to be missing bourbon and it was clearly made with dry vermouth, not sweet. I've been ordering that drink for a half century and never had one taste so strange. While we didn't desire appetizers, we asked for some bread to munch on while reviewing the menu only to be told that they don't serve bread. Huh? The server, to her credit, got the kitchen to grill some bread slices. Our meals arrived about one hour after ordering....way too long. My swordfish would have been very good had it been hot or even warm. Most at our six person table enjoyed their meals but voiced no oohs or aahs. We had to ask for drink re-orders several times including to fill water glasses. Worse, the server never came by after the meal service to enquire. Finally, the three bills were a total screw-up with all the orders intermixed on each bill. This place has a nice menu and premium pricing. They had better get the service figured out quickly or it won't last. Granted, it's been open only 6-7 weeks and getting help is tough. Still, when considering the cost of drinks and entrees, they should have done better.

    Food was just ok... very small portions... big time problems with service... took 1:20 mins to get food .... even saw the open kitchen chef yelling at other cooks.... won't be back

    Amazing views and beautiful decor. The wait staff was very nice but missing some basics - like giving napkins or silverware if you are on the rooftop. You can only have appetizers &drinks on the rooftop outside. We had an issue with our food and the manager personally came to speak to us. He was very kind and apologetic. Food was ok and pricey. Drinks were unique and very good.

    Great sunset view overlooking Radford Campus. Nice decor and friendly staff. Not a huge menu but a decent range of items and prices from burgers to fish. Not a lot of appetizers. Great place to meet friends or go for a drink.

    The restaurant space is beautiful and has a great view overlooking Radford University campus and the surrounding mountains. There is a bar and open kitchen and the restaurant space, and a great outdoor deck as well. The food is top-notch and the chef is fantastic.

    Should change reservation times. Had 8:30 res and server was practically demanding we order at 8:33 because kitchen and bar were closing. Kind of disappointing for a $600 dinner.
