   Again burger night did not disappoint! Everything was delicious!! We set in the room off the main dining room. It was so nice and quiet we had a great time!

   A great lunch date other than the room was so loud we couldn't carry on much of a conversation. Great food and service.

   We had brunch. I got the Cavalier Benedict which comes with lump crab. The hollandaise sauce had a bitter taste, maybe too much lemon and definitely needed seasoning. It took about 10 more minutes after I got my latte for my husband to get his can of Coastal Cocktail. Service seemed slow.

   We had a reservation at 1 PM for brunch and upon arrival no one greeted us for at least five minutes and then we were asked to wait 10 minutes to even be seated. The staff and appear to even want to be there. No one smiled and they were not the least bit friendly. Once we were finally seated, it took about five minutes for anyone to fill our waters and another 10 minutes for our waitress to even introduced herself. Once our waitress got to the table, we immediately ordered appetizers and our entrees. It took at least 30 minutes to get the appetizer and an entire hour before we received our main meal. Our waitress was hardly present and at one point I had to ask another waiter to see if he could find her. She was at least friendly when she made it to the table. Food was OK. Nothing spectacular but the service was awful. Don’t think I’ll come back.

   When brunch is close to $100 for 2 and you have to pay tp park value is relative. Food was very good, well presented, and friendly service.

   We’re here for our anniversary and they made our celebration super special. The food was overall wonderful (the octopus was little overcooked, but the flavor was great so I’m not upset about it). We always admire creative menu and every dish was fun and well-executed. The mole-basted rockfish was surprisingly delightful. The duck breast with plum sauce was amazing and perfectly cooked. The service was great, attentive but not too overbearing. The check-in was little weird as we arrived 7 minutes before our reservation, but the host asked us to wait in the bar area “until it’s close to our reservation time”. Isn’t 7 minutes close enough to our reservation time? Lol.

   The fire alarm going off for 20 Minutes during the meal was not what we would expect at the Cavalier. It took away from what is usually a first class experience.

   While the location inside the Cavalier is lovely, this is my third underwhelming experience. I keep wanting it to live up to my expectations, but everything is overpriced and skimpy. I'll gladly pay top dollar for an excellent meal, but (aside from the good service) Becca just doesn't hit the mark.

    Long wait for meals to come out. My old fashioned was not the quality I would have hoped for at this level of restaurant. Waiter was lively but overwhelmed and stressed. Love Becca will definitely return but hopefully more waitstaff and bar staff to handle the volume.
