   Kenny was our waiter and he was the sweetest guy! He made our special evening even better by surprising us with a beautiful desert tray. Short Ribs were great!

   This was my 4th visit to Beachside and normally the food is excellent. But for some reason today everything was served bland and tasteless. The quinoa, the Eggs Benedict, the side potatoes, and even the piece of salmon that I got, which was very good, didn't have any seasoning. Everyone at our table felt the same. Perhaps it was a new chef? The only thing good was the calamari appetizer. That being said, I've eaten here at brunch and dinner in the past year and everything was delicious.

   I love the vibe. Very beachy and fun. Very casual and comfortable. Good bar. Drinks were very good. But there is a limited menu for dinner. That is the biggest negative.

   Lovely place for brunch. Nice ambiance and nice place to watch the water at Mothers Beach. We brought my maltipoo who loved seeing the other dogs as we walked in. I asked for a chicken breast for the pup and they brought out a chicken and veggie plate. Loved it but Logan didn’t lol. Staff was really busy but food came out quick. You just gotta have patience and not be in a hurry. Tropical margarita was yummy. Forgot the name but it’s yellow and sweet.

   California scramble was great and so was the mezcalero drink - for mezcal drinkers… Rosaluna old fashioned, another great mezcal drink. Loved sitting outside because sun was shining!

   Way overpriced for what was “just okay”. Average. Forgettable. If it was priced fairly, it would be okay. For the price and the extremely slow service, no way I would recommend

    We had the Dine LA special for the relief of the fire victims. Love that this restaurant chose to help with this aide. The service, food and ambience were excellent! Definitely recommend :)
