   We pre booked and we still had to wait 2 hours before they even asked what we were having. After another 30 mins they came with wrong food ( Fawlty Towers). Ended up leaving without eating. Only 4 staff members including the Cheff and the bartender! The whole restaurant was complaining, completely unorganised and clueless.

   We had to leave after sitting waiting for a hour to be served to then be told there was no food. The staff were so rude!! I have been here a few times and after this experience I won’t be visiting again.

   Horrible New Year’s Eve experience! left early no one knew what they were doing and service was rude and poor!! Ruined our nye

   We booked a table weeks before. When we arrived we were told there was no staff and the one waitress knew nothing and said we could only have drinks. Then they had no Coke, no milk for hot drinks - it was like Fawlty Towers! Do not bother going - the restaurant of old has long gone - crazy!

   Had the reservation for 2 months. When we arrived they seemed surprised that they had customers (we were the only guests visible) they made us change tables shortly after seating us. After ordering and finding that several options on the menu were unavailable, we waited over an hour w/o any contact from staff, before the manager approached & told us we were given the wrong menu & we’d have to reorder. At this point we were still the only people in the dining area although about 25 women had been trickling in and going straight upstairs. We declined & left. One of the oddest experiences. It was like a business front for something nefarious but they weren’t very good at hiding it.

   Beach Blanket Babylon is a gem! Stunning decor, impeccable service, and a culinary dream - fresh burrata and a heavenly brownie. A must-visit!

   Arrived - did not have the two out of the three mains that were advertised online (reason why we decided to go here) Two staff members arguing at the front desk in front of customers. Surrounding were nice, Have been here twice before , returned because it was great the last two times . Sadly will not be returning again
