Enjoyed the food and wonderful entertainment. Our server was outstanding.

The live music was very nice, we were near the stage so it was very loud. Overall we had a good time.

The burgers were very good, but we both enjoy lettuce and tomato on ours.
The manager was very attentive and seemed to really want us to enjoy ourselves.
The decor very much reminded us of BB King's in Memphis.
We do hope to go back and try the catfish!

We had a lot of fun, food was good, and live band was great!

Food was great. Loved the menu selection items. Our waiter was amazing. Took awhile for him to initially arrive to the table but after that he was Johnny on the spot! The hostess was slow and didn’t seem to care. She seemed preoccupied with visiting with other staff. Really didn’t even greet us kindly or very welcoming.

The cook on duty was TRASH! Drink orders didn’t get taken until 25 mins after seated. Food was undercooked, over-seasoned, cold... TRASH. Drinks were ok & the server was nice when she finally came to us. The music was blah but maybe because it was a Sunday night. Won’t be back. Definitely not like the one in Memphis.

I enjoyed the live band an food! The entertainment was great. The service with the food and drinks was great as well. Iam looking for another trip down to the BB KING CLUB soon.

BBKing was decent for the location and the price point of the food. Service was slow considering there were not very many patriots in the establishment. The server also took my drink when he cleared my table I went to the restroom (my boyfriend was still at the table). My boyfriend ordered me another drink, a Coke, and the waiter brought Dr. Pepper, so I had to ask him to fix it again. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very nice.... waitresses had us sitting for 15 minutes before they ask us about drinks! Other than that it was good!

We decided to get it to go. The wings were terrible. PERIOD ! The potato tots were ok. A lot different from when we were there last time. The hostess had no good suggestions on the food and no since of direction. It really surprised us considering the prices. We are rethinking doing this again. Probably will just get our food from somewhere else. You can't spend a lot on food if don't know what you're going to get in return ! I rarely criticize food we eat but this time..I'd say be careful where you eat !

Everyone was helpful, the food was amazing! I’ve been there several times and each time the experience is awesome! I would recommend them for a date night, girls night or just to get out and enjoy a great environment, drinks and food!

First, we had difficulty with the reservation. Received multiple calls to confirm and when I returned the call no one seemed to know what was going on. I even received a call to confirm AFTER checking in and WHILE I was sitting at one of their tables waiting to order. The food was pretty tasty. The service was just okay. Assigned waitress did not check on us as frequently as we would have liked so we depended on another server to help us. The band was great but had problems with getting the sound right.

Traveling through on a road trip. Such a great experience! Food was excellent and so was the staff! We will return in future travels! ♥️

The food and atmosphere was great! We made reservations and got seated right away.

We got what we expected. Our mom enjoyed her early birthday celebration. She enjoyed the live music almost as much. The food, however, was pretty good. The service was very slow. I tipped the waiter because he thought enough to bring to go drinks. Also, my reservation time on the table was wrong. I request 530 pm for 6 people. Instead, the label on the table shows 6pm. The hostess took her time seating us.

We went for an early Valentine's dinner and will not go back for ANY occasion.
1. The band was so loud that you could not hear each other across our tiny table, so we moved to the "patio" area. Noise level was much improved, but then we ran into the "smoke 'em if you got 'em" crowd. But it was fun to watch people coming and going.
2. There was not much on the menu that wasn't fried. We knew this in our heads, but the reality of a huge plate of friend pork chop (him) and oysters (me) was overwhelming. We took a box home but ended up throwing it away.
3. Service was quite good, with just the right balance of attentiveness.
4. Won't go back - the gambling ambiance was just too depressing.

Yes, I love going to BB Kings and my family love live music. I will definitely recommend anyone to BB Kings.

I would not recommend a large group. My party arrived at 8 pm. We place food orders around 815-820 pm and did not receive food until 10 pm. Which only gave us an hour to eat and enjoy music since our reservation time ended at 11pm. There was no cover charge at the door, however I was charged for a cover charge in my contract.

Food service was slow. Expected faster service due to not being crowd at the time. One of my guest didn't receive entree when others did. Guest had to wait 20 plus minutes.

A 20% tip was automatically added for a six person party.

Worst thanksgiving day dinner ever. Waiter was horrible and unfamiliar with menu. Appetizer, side salad and entrees were brought out together. Had to ask the waiter to clear the table of the dirty dishes. Asked for sweet tea , he brought unsweetened tea - his response since they all set together by each other I thought they all were sweet. Ordered the shrimp ave grits - he told me that the shrimp were fried and so was the okra - shrimp were grilled and okra was like in a shrimp creole sauce. Grits had no taste whatsoever. WAiter never came by yo refill drinks, waiter stood at the table while my husband signed the check. Horrible service. Will not return.

I am very disappointed with the experiences I had at thid restaurant. The first night, they messed up my order. Once I got up to the room to eat, I realized that I paid $25.00 for 1 small piece of catfish, 4 shrimp a few oysters and a half of container of fries. I must admit the Cajun Carbonara Pasta was really good. The next night, my family and I had reservations at the restaurant (we were in town for a family reunion). When I got down, I was advised there was a $7 cover charge per person. When I made the reservation, it was not indicated on the confirmation or during the process. When I asked to speak with a manager, she was so unprofessional, I didn’t even wast my time with a debate. My family and I ended up going to another establishment and had a wonderful time. We were treated with respect and the customer service was great. I can’t say the same about BB King’s. What a waste and a total let down. If I could give it a zero, I would.

We had our reception there when we got married .. Love coming here .. The music is great and the people are awesome.. Recommend for anyone who comes to Montgomery to stop there ..Food is to die for
