   I had never been to this establishment, so I decided to check them out for my birthday. My husband, brother and friend came for Happy Hour. The only good thing from Happy Hour were my 2 Mango Lemon Drops made by Lucy the bartender. We ordered Hookah around 6pm and was instantly brought the receipt. I proceeded to ask the Hookah girl why are we being charged, because per a IG post from April 6, 2024 it says FREE HOOKAH FROM 5PM-7PM. She calls the manager/ owner and asks and he says we still need to be charged. She then proceeds to tell us that the $25 Hookah price on the Happy Hour menu is not correct but she will give it to us for that price. At this point I am becoming irritated, not because of money reasons but because you are now false advertising to draw in customers or whatever and charging something completely different once there. Hookah was paid for and then we proceeded to our table that I had reserved for additional family to come have dinner. At this point I’m ready to have a good time, eat, drink, and vibe to some good music. The only people in that establishment from 7pm until we left around 10pm were my guest and the workers. My husband and friend ordered wings that came out tasting like straight grease, no flavor and my egg rolls were burnt, but I ate them because I was hungry. It was the worse birthday experience I ever experienced at an establishment. I always see post about this place, and was excited to try them out. I had family drive all the way from Suffolk to only get there and not enjoy themselves. I’m sure it won’t matter, but I will not be returning to this place of business.

   The worst experience ever , we were there for over 2 hours and our waiter came to the table twice! Mind you we are paying $50 per person for bottomless mimosas and brunch . We didn’t eat $50 worth of anything and only had 2 mimosas. When the food finally came out it was cold so me and my party left ! We waisted our money and still had to go somewhere else to actually eat !! The best part of this experience was the HOOKAH ! literally .

   I had a reservation for my mother in-law and sister in-law and myself, it was their 1st time there… they really enjoyed themselves the music was great it was RB vibe and a couple of old school jams for the time we were there (the music fit the crowd)! Great customer service! Thank you BAZL

   This is a night club and not a restaurant. My reservation was at 9pm and me and my party were told we could no longer sit and dine at 10pm. It was my birthday dinner at it was a horrible and embarrassing experience. Definitely 1 out of 10 vibe.

   They didn’t honor my reservation. Made me wait in my car for 15 minutes because I didn’t have a “section” if y’all wanna be a club be a club!

   Sadly, I didn't get to experience BAZL due to me arriving at my reservation on time only to be told that their wasn't anywhere for me to sit. The place is super small and tight. There wasn't a hostess to help me when entering the restaurant. The security guard basically told me to go to the bar and let someone know I had a reservation. Went to the bar to speak with someone and one of the waitresses told me that someone should be getting up soon. Why when I made reservations? Due to the place being small, I assume my party and I were in the waitresses way and received this rude stare. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this restaurant. If you cannot make a reservation, that option should be taken off.

   Food was amazing but the service….. the owner and manager were able to turn the experience around for us but customer service and communication needs to become a bigger theme within the staff. I was very excited to visit BAZL but my experience might serve as a reminder to not go back.

    The fried fish was sooooooo good. I love the bottomless mimosas because it’s not popular in VA.
