   The food is very good. A few outstanding dishes, a few average dishes. Service for food could have been much better. Wine service was exceptional and the highlight.

   The most elegant and memorable dining experience on the Strip for anyone considering where to go. From the love and care of each dish arriving table side to the absolutely beautiful stemware and ambiance -- I would love this place alone for the unique beauty it brings to Las Vegas. Chef Daniela has been with Jose Andres for more years than her looks will allow you to believe :) Sommelier Roy has curated a selection of unique and most eye opening selection whether by glass or tasting pairing. Highlights - tomato salad, scallop ceviche, the seasonal lime dessert is something I could go back for today but NUMBER 1 - Croquetas. Get any and all Croquetas

   One of the best and most memorable meals, ever! Edgar (General Manager) and Krista (Server Supreme) were beyond wonderful, as are the entire staff. Could not have asked for more. Our new favorite Vegas restaurant…by far!!!

   José does it again. Delicious seafood with wonderful flavors. Service was what you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The seafood menu focus' on whole fish prepared in a few different ways with different fish available for the different preparation methods. I honestly don't know which kind of fish I ordered Live Fire Grilled but it was delicious and is large enough for two if you order a side. The cucumber salad has a delicious spicy sauce on it that's moderated by the coolness of the cucumbers themselves. I'd absolutely recommend.

   Had the Bazaar mar Experience. What an experience! Angel, my server was very attentive and between him & the food runner explained all the dishes very well. Menu was a good variety of items & flavors. My favorite item was the Hokkaido Sea Scallops Crudo. One of the most perfectly balanced dishes I've ever had!! The only thing I didn't care for (which can happen with any tasting menu) was the meyer lemon sauce served with the salmon. For me, it was way to powerful of a lemon flavor. I'll definitely go back in the future.

   Amazing food. We had many of the tapas and all were great! Love the baby squid with black aioli and cucumber salad. The mussels were tasty too! Will be back

    Some of the most fantastic food and drink we’ve ever had! Liquid olives? Jamon? Ceviche? All out of this world, as we’ve come to expect from José Andrés!!
