Ridiculously hot in that restaurant. It made it very un enjoyable! There was one room air conditioner going and the table in front of it put a chair in front of the unit. i’m sure they were cold but the rest of us were dying. 2 parties moved..either left the restaurant or moved downstairs. sorry i will NOT be back.

It gets hot on the top level. It's also extremely loud and hard to hear! Food was amazing, as always, and our server was great!

First time going to this restaurant and I was very pleased. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive and the food was excellent. We ordered one of the specials as the entree, a meat dish and food was perfectly cooked and tasty, one of the best chimichurri sauces. A very wonderful experience the decor was pleasant and fit the vibe of the restaurant. Definitely recommend this restaurant, and will be back. I highly recommend ordering the Bolinho de bacalhau as an appetizer and if the octopus is available as an appetizer - also a must have. I don't typically order desserts or coffee, but highly recommend the coconut butter cake. It was exquisite and moist and full of flavor and the coffee brewed to my liking.

This is the second time I've come to this Batuqui location. The food always taste phenomenal, but the temperature of my meat has come undercooked both times. We were a little upset with the level of service we received from our waitress, but other than that, great meal, great night.

Very good and tasty food. Juliana was our server and helped a lot with our two granddaughters. The picanha and the churros are two favorites.

Best restaurant in Chagrin. Jojos, 17 River, M, etc are over priced with average food. Batuqui is actually good.
