   Fantastic service and food! Great selection of Italian wine with good choices from around the world. Highly recommend the tiramisu and olive oil cake.

   Active atmosphere, friendly staff, hefty portions. It's a lively place with very good food, best for young professionals or mid-sized groups (6-8) that want somewhere to meet and share a meal with a wide variety of wine and other bar options.

   Battalion was recommended by a friend and it did not dissapoint. The food was prepared perfectly and was excellent. The service was on point with all dishes coming out hot or cold depending on the dish. You will not be dissapointed

   We are in San Antonio on vacation. The Battalion was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the service was the best. We had the bread with the Herbed Butter and the Whipped Ricotta, the Spinach Dumplings, Spinach Manicotti, and the Chicken Parmesan. I would definitely recommend all of it. Very filling.

   We had the olives with bread service with whipped ricotta and honey. Absolutely delicious! For dinner we shared chicken Parmesan and charred beets. Portion size was more than plenty for 2 people. Crust on parmesan chicken was light and marinara sauce was a bit sweet. Chatted beets were plentiful. I feel the walnuts topping was overpowering and the fish didn’t need them.    Service was top notch, food was delicious and price was reasonably affordable. Wayce was our waiter and did a great job.

   The food and cocktails were great. We loved the bread service and olives to start. We each got an entree (Pork Tenderloin and Lamb Chops) and shared the green beans and Cacio de Pepe. The building is beautiful and the whole place has a cool vibe.

   The food and service were great. The different dishes were very well prepared and imaginative. Unfortunately the level of noise was very high and it made it hard to follow a conversation. We have been there before and will be back again.

   Second time I’ve been to Battalion and as expected it was phenomenal. Food, drinks, service were excellent, and since it was my birthday everyone that came to the table to serve anything said “happy birthday” that goes above and beyond just service, Thank You Battalion.

    Red for 2 couples and one was late from soccer game so they held out table and seated us together when we all arrived and all was well.
