   I’ve been to Battalion several times, the food NEVER disappoints! The hostess greeted us with a warm am and thanked us for celebrating birthdays with them. We knew the menu, so, explanation was not needed (they recommend serving family style, as do I). The Charred Beet with whipped marscapone spiced walnut and chive was the star! The meatballs were tender and flavorful and the chicken Parmesan was massive and juicy. It was a fantastic evening. Thank you Battalion!

   We went all in and ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, Ricotta Cavatelli, Fettuccine al Prosciutto, Rainbow Trout, and of course, dessert. Every single dish was fire. The Chicken Parm? Crispy, juicy, smothered in just the right amount of sauce and melty smoked mozz. The Lasagna was rich and layered with love. And the pastas — wow. The Ricotta Cavatelli had the dreamiest texture, and the Fettuccine al Prosciutto was buttery, salty, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. Even the Rainbow Trout came through light, fresh, and balanced everything out perfectly. For dessert, we split the Tiramisu and Olive Oil Cake, and both were 10/10. The tiramisu was classic and dreamy, and the olive oil cake? Moist, citrusy, and just different enough to be special. Also don’t sleep on the Italian soda. Sounds basic, but it was so refreshing and paired so well with the meal. From start to finish, it was just one of those dinners that hits every note. Great food, great vibe. Can’t wait to go back.

   Battalion was a standout. The lasagna was rich and comforting, but the real star was the spinach dumpling—absolutely to die for. Every bite was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was lively, and service hit the right balance of friendly and efficient. A great spot for a delicious Italian meal—I’d definitely return.

   Fantastic service and food! Great selection of Italian wine with good choices from around the world. Highly recommend the tiramisu and olive oil cake.

    Active atmosphere, friendly staff, hefty portions. It's a lively place with very good food, best for young professionals or mid-sized groups (6-8) that want somewhere to meet and share a meal with a wide variety of wine and other bar options.
