It’s hard to find a place where the food, music and ambiance is good!! Love this place!!!
Batch has been, and continues to be, one of the best brunches in West Palm Beach. Taste, presentation, drink options, everything about it. One of our favs.
Delicious food & Server Megan was Awesome
Amazing food and service. Fried chicken is awesome
Recently went for a birthday brunch. They were very accommodating and the food was great!
Batch is always a must go restaurant every time we’re in West Palm. We love their brunch!
Great place! If you’re in town this is definitely a place you should visit.
It was ok. Went with family at the end of the Brunch crowd, a bit rowdy. Mi order came out cold, mashed potatoes.
Food and cocktails are truly scratch made. Waited a few minutes but worth every second for the freshest food and drinks.
A little slow but not bad. Food was good.
Our waiter was very patient and sweet. We sat outside, so there was a lot of foot traffic walking near us, but it was far quieter than the inside. One thing that tripped us up was the menu change - we had reviewed their Lunch menu before deciding to dine there, only to learn that their Lunch menu was only available on weekdays, not weekends. However, they were very accommodating to the member of my party with dietary restrictions, and they make everything from scratch so it was easy to customize our meals. The biscuits were outstanding, and I was given a free banana pudding dessert for my birthday, which was phenomenal. Overall, aside from the menu confusion, we had a lovely experience and highly recommend this location.
The food was a bit disappointing. The salmon was dry and brisket lacked flavor. Many of the beers were unavailable. The tots were very good however
Great spot, with great food. The portion sizes were large enough to share. The egg rolls, tater tots and deviled eggs were really good. The entrees, the Campanella, huge portion; the mac attack was good but the breading on that was on top, tasted a little weird. The brisket and short rib burger, delicious. The chicken and waffle... OMG, amazing.
Food and ambiance was amazing as usual...server wasn’t the best and there was no social distancing but we enjoyed the outdoor seating.
Loved it will be returning
The food wasn’t all that . It was overpriced for amount of food they give you . Mimosas are a 2 hour limit however it takes the waiter a long time to come back vs just giving you a pitcher. It was really crowded , no social distancing and barley any walkway space . I wouldn’t recommend.
Food was great! Waiter was excellent!
The food was fabulous. We ordered the mac attack, chicken and waffles, and bourbon glazed salmon. All delicious!!! The waffles and chicken were especially amazing! The blackberry lemonade cocktail was also perfectly crafted. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back.
Our favorite place to eat when we visit. Everything we order has always been great, but the Chicken and Waffles is the best!
Good concept, but lacks execution. Food was ok, some things good, but others very bland. We were one of only 5 tables, but service was extremely slow. At one point as we were waiting for 10+ minutes for drinks there were 6 staff just all hanging around the hostess stand talking amd doing nothing. Also I checked in for my reservation, the hostess confirmed the reservation, but the. I got a note from OpenTable saying I missed my reservation.
Overall I think the concept of the restaurant is good, but needs better oversight and execution. Would be good for ownership/management to experience the restaurant as a customer to get a sense of what we experienced.
We always enjoy Batch SO MUCH! We were just disappointed that they were out of the tots and the burnt ends when we went, because they are DELICIOUS!
It was a great meal!!! Food took a little longer than I would have liked to come out. Great location
Service was not great until she brought the check - then she was very friendly... the food had been ready and sitting fir a while because it was lukewarm when it arrived at our table. Very nice ambience though.
Best spot for weekend brunch!
Music was beyond loud. Impossible to hold a conversation. When asked if the volume could be lower I was told that’s how we do Sunday brunch. Had a hard time finding the smoked duck and bacon in the smoked duck and bacon hash. Mostly potatoes. The poached eggs however were done well. If you are looking for a nice quiet and relaxing brunch keep searching. This is not the place!
Danielle was a great server. She made it an enjoyable experience.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. The shrimp and grits were excellent as well as the jambalaya.
Wonderful food. Very crowded
Great menu and excellent food!! The Nashville hot chicken and waffles was a hit, and the hamburger and ohh those fries were so yummy!!
Excellent "down home" cuisine prepared with local ingredients. Casual, comfortable environment on lively Clematis Street. Service was attentive but not stuffy. We ate on Christmas Day because we were visiting the area for long-term medical treatment. Not only was the food excellent, they made us feel at home.
Excellent food and service
Really good Southern comfort food and accompanying drinks.
Great shrimp and grits
Had a great experience here! Service was outstanding along with wonderful food and yummy craft cocktails. Definitely would go back.
The Batch was everything we hoped for. First, I highly recommend making reservations as we did. Although I don't think the wait was too bad for those we saw without one. The service, the food, the environment, and the music was all exceptional.
The bottomless is definitely worth it. You can mix mimosas, sangrias, and Bellinis. Definitely a steal.
The meals came out within good timing. We had the shrimp and grits and frittata meal. Both great choices. So much flavor and just awesome brunch selections. The side of bacon was a great addition. I would definitely recommend this place.
Went for Sunday Brunch. DJ played great music. The food is good. I had better chicken and waffles at other brunches. But never less...the macattack was my go too. Service for me was great. My GF mimosa kept getting messed up. That’s why I gave it a 4/5 service. Other than that, def will come back. Was my second time.
Fun place to go without the kids for a boozy brunch, good DJ, very tasty southern comfort food. Get the cinnamon rolls!
The service is always amazing, and the food is very good, particularly since they've added several new items to the menu! Happy hour and Whiskey Wednesday are always fun and a great value. Batch is one of my favorite places in the area, and I have become a regular over the past year. I highly recommend Batch to anyone looking for a fun vibe with good food!
Just great food and nice staff. Love Batch!
Very ok. Could definitely up their game.
