   Basan has always been a very special place for us to go on special occasions. The shushi and entrees have been excellent every time we have gone. Our servers were terrific, Victoria and Molly were very friendly and accurate with our orders. Unfortunately, Basan is now closed for business so I cannot recommend people to go there. All I can say is "Goodbye old friend, amd thank you for the great experiences we've had".

   Basan Sushi was some if the best sushi I've ever had. The sushi was surprisingly fesh and light. My father and I want here for a nice dinner and that's exactly what we got. The only complaint I have is that I reserved a table for 2 using Open Table and went I told the employee working i had a reservation he said it was for three and continued to make a big deal because the number of people was incorrect. Other than the small convince my experience was great. The restaurant was modern style and was very clean. I would definitely recommend.

   As always, Basan's food is really good, especially the sushi. When the restaurant fills up it gets pretty loud, and difficult to hold a conversation with someone across the table. The service this time was not great - I wasn't even offered a refill on my iced tea, and with wasabi that spicy, iced tea is a must, in large quantities. I've had good service there before, so I won't let one lackluster waitress spoil it, but it's definitely been better.
