   The food here is impeccable!! I had the Wagyu steak and it was delicious. It melts in your mouth with every bite. The funeral potatoes were so good and very unique. The creamed corn was a hit as were the tallow French fries. Topped it off with the crème brûlée and as a bonus for our anniversary they gave us a s’mores dessert. They were so delectable that I will keep coming back. Highly recommend every single thing that we tried.

   Very special dining experience. The quality of the food and the beautiful setting was just the beginning. The service was over the top. Tee was our server and she made our experience unique and memorable. French onion soup and the creamed corn are must haves.

   Nicest restaurant in town! Cant wait to go back. The service was top tier and the food was amazing.

   Food is good, very good. Service was good too, just make sure they don't stick you in a corner where you cannot enjoy that beautiful view. Happened to us twice, the second time I actually asked the host not to put us in a corner, so where did he seat us, in the corner.

   We have dined all over the world and most recently in the nice restaurants in Las Vegas. At Basalt in St George the views are stunning, the food delicious & innovative, the waitstaff professional, friendly & give 100% plus.

   Golf group of 8 for dinner, Kara really took care of us. Our table had a number of different dishes and everything was really good.

   Our waiter James was fantastic. We had the filet, tallow fries & Mac & cheese. All were great. Steak was perfectly good & very good quality. Fries were crispy with a nice dipping sauce. Macaroni and cheese was creamy with a nice crispy breadcrumb topping We also got the chimichurri with the steak, which was great addition. It was a little bit pricey, but considering where you are, pretty much in line. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    Everything took forever and once it came out wasn’t all that great either. The manager apologized and cut a chunk off our bill, but still not a great experience. Probably won’t be back for awhile
