   We visited some months ago on a very rainy spring night -- met with friends for dinner. The food, atmosphere, service -- all OK. A good go-to place for a quick bite. Decent beer selection, and seafood dishes favoring local flavors. We brought in an umbrella on the way in -- someone stole it while we had our dinner, so we were both soaked heading back to the car. Not Barracuda's fault, but after that, we probably wont be back.

   Once again, Barracudas did not disappoint us! We had a wonderful meal, great service and very friendly atmosphere! Love it and will certainly be back many times in the future!

   Our dining experience for 4 was well beyond our expectations. We took a chance going there, as none if us had been there before so we didn't know what to expect. Well,,,,,we were more than pleasantly surprised. Bobby, the bartender, made us feel at home immediately and our server, nameless, was very capable. The food was outstanding. We all agreed to return, as the location is easily reached by both us and our friends, coming from different directions.

   Requested a table downstairs but they disregarded it. Out of the beer the whole table ordered. Surrounding tables were extremely loud.

   . This place is small but the chef is excellent. Creative specials and a nice drink menu as well. Waiters are knowledgeable and friendly

   We took a friend for her birthday, and it was a good choice. We started off with cocktails at the bar that were reasonably priced, and then sat down at our table. The server was very friendly but seemed a little rushed since he was the only person tending to the tables. We were in no hurry so it wasnt a negative experience. We had 3 appetizers... Loaded cheese fries, seafood nachos, and guacamole/chips. All were awesome and very large.....so much we almost couldn't eat our main entrees. Shrimp salad , chicken special, shrimp and grits, and a pepperoni pizza were all ordered. I have to say that wasn't the best pizza ever eaten but I tasted all the other entrees and they were all large and yummy. Would definitely go back to try more.

   The seafood nachos are outstanding. The bar is fun. We had seafood fried rice, which was better than anyone would have expected.

   Barracudas is a great little place to get high quality food in an almost dive-bar atmosphere. As with most restaurants in Locust Point, it is a small space, but they use it well. There is an active bar in the front, with lots of locals, but the reason to go is the kitchen. The menu is good, but the real delight is to ask for the specials and order one (or more!), you can't go wrong.

   Neighborhood bar/restaurant. Much nicer indoors than portrayed from outside. Good bar sandwiches. Martini watered down. Will go again for food and order beer.

    This was our second visit in one month which says a lot considering we live in HdG, Md. We went with our friends so their were four in our party. We ordered mussels and coddies for an appetizer. The mussels were amazing!Two in our party ordered the duck meatloaf. They pronounced it delicious, but a little too salty. My other friend ordered the crab cake sandwich with no bread. The crab cake was packed with lump crab meat. I ordered the smoked salmon pasta dish. It was underwhelming. The dish was heavy and the flavors didn't gel. I'm definitely not a fan of this dish. We ordered the bread pudding with apples,cranberries and fresh cream. It was the best bread pudding we have ever eaten!
