   Hidden gem in the CBD a few blocks away from the crowds of the busy Canal St area of NOLA. Great brunch spot before or after seeing a show at the Sanger theater. food was served hot & fresh, staff was attentive/friendly!

   Super fun experience ! We had the catfish dinner which was superb with boudin balls as an appetizer.

   Excellent menu options. We were in the mood for a burger and it was later in the evening but they were fantastic and the truffle fries are great too. Superb lemon drop martinis

   Appetizers were very tasty, drinks were great, but I do not recommend the crawfish etoufee, or the stuffed chicken. Main courses were very bland. Overall I think their fried food is good, as that’s what our appetizers were, and that seemed like what everyone was ordering.

   We really enjoyed this restaurant. Not a large place, it felt intimate and friendly. Our waitress was attentive, did not rush us or make it feel like we couldn’t relax. The food was very good. Would go back when I’m in New Orleans.

   waited for over an hour to just get drinks and then when we asked for an update on appetizers over an hour after we ordered them one of the waitresses was rude and snapped at us and then walked away.

    We arrived at the restaurant and the hostess informed us that she would not have a table to honor our reservation. She said we could wait around but she didn’t know when one would be available and was shocked we had a reservation. She did not even go get the manager to try to resolve this. If a restaurant cannot honor a reservation they should call at least an hour before instead of force us to wander around trying to find a place that could seat us.
