Bargello®, located in the Hotel Arras, is named after the 17th century Florentine needlepoint style. The intricacy of this stitch embodies the restaurant weaving together their love for community, cuisine, and hospitality to create the ultimate casual fine dining experience.

Bargello's culinary team draws their inspiration from the flavors you experience when traveling along the Mediterranean coastline. Seasonal and locally sourced dishes include fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made breads, and innovative cuisine from Executive Chef Tyler Slade. Bargello’s menu changes often to reflect the local produce available in Western North Carolina.

Complementary valet parking is available exclusively for Bargello during dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A reservation is required, and the valet service is limited to a maximum of three hours. This offer is not valid on holidays, special events, or private events.

Great food, artfully presented. Quiet, but we went early and so there were only a handful of tables filled. Hoping it will still be quiet when filled.

Our first time experience was wonderful with attentive staff and great food. The location in the city center offered an easy walk from our hotel!

Really lovely date night with my girlfriend, staff was great and really attentive. Pastas where unreal and the apps where equally as good. Would come back. Girlfriends cacio e pepe was the best I’ve ever had

The music from the bar next door was very loud for a lot of our meal. The food was good and the waitress was great.

Our experience at Bargello was wonderful! Our server was so attentive, explained the menu so well, and made it such a fun experience for the person in our party who was celebrating their bachelorette. We're from out of town, but will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Asheville!
