   Worst experience ever. Had a reservation at 8pm. They could not get us a table until 8.20pm. Then they call us in to seat us and another waitress comes and tell us the seat is taken. So we just left. Very disappointed. Don’t think we will go here again.

   Our service was fantastic. The wait for our food after we order was much longer than expected. Our waitress did everything she could to take care of us. Went the extra mile and provided an additional appetizer while we waited. And brought out three desserts for the birthday celebration. The restaurant took care of our entree meal due to the long wait.

   Bar Italia - The Best Italian Restaurant on the Westside of Cleveland!!! A great way to celebrate Mother's Day with my family with great food, great atmosphere and top-shelf customer Service!!! A great selection of entrees with all of us finding something delicious every time. Even though very busy, Managers Belinda and Stacie (congrats on your promotion Stacie. Well-Deserved) stopped by the table with a friendly hello and to make sure we had all needed. Server Sarah was EXCEPTIONAL! She took great care of us and again, even though busy, she was personable and paced our dining experience wonderfully with our ordering apps, starters, entrees and dessert! Thank You Bar Italia for making it a wonderful Mother's Day with my family!

   The food was good, but the service was extremely slow. My husband enjoyed his shrimp diavolo and the zucchini fritti are addictive! Unfortunately, I thought my salmon was overcooked and the broccolini was mostly stems. I’ll still be back, but I’ll stick with the pasta dishes!

   Food was decent. Looked better on instagram. Drinks were amazing. Service was quite slow due to late seating, busy kitchen, and wait staff but to be expected on a Saturday night! Overall 4/5 experience. I would try them again!

    Sadly we arrived at 7:30 and didn’t receive our dinner until 9:30. Our waiter was very kind and obviously frustrated on how the kitchen was running behind. Appetizers were cold, and it took a very very long time to receive drinks after a request. We also had to wait for our reserved table for 4. We saw two empty tables and asked to be seated, and the hostess told us the table was for 5-6 people. Only to see her seat a family of 4 at the table we requested about 15 minutes later. We asked why they were able to sit and she said someone in their party didn’t show up. This was extremely frustrating and we should have been seated. Waiter did comp one of appetizers since it took too long to receive our meals. Loved this place last time but not sure if we will return after last night.
