   Unfortunately there was one bartender and one server in the main dining area. The server was prompt with taking our order and very nice. We waiting 15+ minutes for our initial drinks. ( there were two other tables occupied and maybe a handful of people at the bar ) Our friends showed up. Ordered their drinks - one of which was a beer. She brought back his beer. Me and my Husband still didn’t have our drinks from first encounter. He got a vodka soda with lime. I asked if the drinks would be much longer ( had already been 25+ minutes ) cause if so we would all just order beers. She checked. They would be out soon. The food was tasty and quick. The location and seating was very cool. Bar service was really slow for even basic things.

   Hosts was great, very nice. But the place was empty while other area places were packed. It’s cute but everything is mid at bested. Does not seem like they know what they want to do/be

   Food was average at best. Drunken noodles not very flavored and pad Thai was very dry. Music was more like a club than a restaurant. Never even had a chance to order a second drink as our server never came back to the table after delivering food. Had to flag him down just to get our bill. Was given and charged for the wrong table. Couldn’t even get anyone’s attention. Had to find someone to be able to void that payment and charge us the right amount. Only redeeming quality was that it was in an are of other restaurants so we could go somewhere else for desert and an after dinner drink.

   We had a reservation for 7:30, we weren’t greeted for drinks till almost 8pm. The server never came back to get our food orders. Eventually we had to flag down the manager for food and drink refills. Our food did arrive quickly, but it was clearly canned food, jarred salsa, pre made and overall it was terrible. Our server didn’t come back for the rest of our time there. The bathrooms were not clean. The only good thing I can say about the place was The bartender was working very hard and the drinks she made were great. They were out of glassware. I would not come back here.

   Had a reservation. Sat down and after 10 minutes we order 2 drinks. Took 15 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered 3 small plates. Server never came back. Husband went to the bar to get us 2 more drinks. Finally, our server walked by. At this point we had been there an hour. I explained that after we got our small plates, we would be leaving. He said he never put the orders in. 1 hour, 2 drinks, 2 drinks my husband went and procured, $100. Ridiculous.

   We didn’t actually get to eat. We were completely ignored. We stood at the host stand for 10 min with another couple being actively ignored. We finally went to the bar and the bartender very nonchalantly said, oh just grab a seat anywhere. We sat ourselves and for maybe 15 min watched as servers diverted their eyes from us. We listened as the table next to us complained about not getting their food and noticed many tables just sitting around with empty cocktails glasses and no food. We realized that it wasn’t worth getting “involved” any further and so stood to out our coats on to leave. Servers actually stepped around us without even acknowledging that we were leaving. We exited the restaurant without anyone saying anything. It’s unfortunate. There are great new asian restaurants popping up all over Nashville. I’ve had great service and great experiences in many of them. I won’t go back to this place. I don’t imagine it will last very long in its current format.

   Small plates style. Tasty and not overpriced. Music is a bit loud, creating a ultra lounge feel. Cool and different, especially for East Nashville.
