Bar Crudo - Divisadero St
Friday - Saturday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm, Sunday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Everything was great, however at the end of the night I felt like it was quite a bit more expensive than a similar amount of food at a solid sushi spot. We spent $300 for two people, no alcohol.
The food quality was excellent, and they are, as suggested by the name, small bites. There are good happy hour values, but regular menu prices are high for the amount of food served. This is a high end cocktail bar.
You must love seafood to come to Bar Crudo. Otherwise, you should look for another option.
We started with oysters on the half shell, a nice selection from 6 kinds. We had the kumamoto and kushii. We then had the combo platter for appetizer which had the arctic char, tomba, fresh scallop, and cod, all raw. Very tasty. Our server recommended the order to eat them which was appreciated. Our next course was the lobster salad with arugula and burrata cheese, tomato wedges. Very fresh and tasty. Last course was the red snapper with pea shoots and tomatoes. We drank a beautiful Scribe Rose'. The place was lively and first time to sit upstairs. In the heart of Alamo Square..be sure to take a taxi cuz parking is difficult.
This has been our date spot for a few years. She loves oysters and this place has a great selection. The chowder is amazing and artic char has been phenomenal every time. The beer selection was good and I ended up with Caribbean Queen. The only gripe we had was the order of food being brought out(why would you give us a cheese plate last?). That and the waiting area can be a little cramped.
Their Crudo sampler was one of the most decadent dishes i've ever had. LOVED it.
Awesome experience we had friends in town from LA and they wanted oysters. We walked got seated at the VIP table our server was amazing
Great Sea food. A bit noisy. Good for sharing. You want to taste everything in the meu
The chowder is the best I’ve ever had!!!!
good fresh seafood. can try many different things or otherwise the hot/cold dishes are large enough to serve as a main. good wine list. nice quiet space. friendly staff
The Crudo sampler and seafood soup are the winners at this spot. We tried the unit toast and crab which were not that great. I would not return as prices seemed to be a bit high for the average food quality.
Absolutely loved Bar Crudo. Amazing dinner and service. The crudos were all great and we had the freshest oysters and cooked snapper that was light and lovely. It had a great atmosphere as well. Will be a go to for me!
Closed early due to chefs party without notice on reservation.
Yelled “freedom!!“ when last guest left!?
Everything we tasted was sensational and our service was amazing.
Great service and best fresh seafood chowder ever! Delicious lobster salad, too.
My go to when needing a seafood fix.
This is where the locals hang out in San Francisco. On our recent trip, I wanted a place with great seafood off the beaten path. This place delivered.
Love the food and the service here. One of my favorite spots!
Simply AMAZING!! Genius combinations of flavor & texture for all the dishes. One of the most fun and enjoyable meals. Service was casual & seamless. Highly recommend for any occasion.
Great selection of seafood combined with extensive wine list. Fantastic attentive service. Very noisy and difficult to hold a conversation
Best seafood, service, ambiance the city has to offer. Visited the city for anniversary and ate at four different highly rated restaurants. However, Bar Crudo is the real deal. Worth every price!! Waitress recommendations were helpful and we were provided with the perfect dining experience. Must order the whole Branzino, oysters & lobster/beet/burratta salad!!
The service was top notch and the crudo sampler was probably one of the most beautiful and delicious dishes that I have had in recent memory. Top notch seafood in an area known for it.
Delicious food and great service! Would highly recommend the Crudo sampler. Also a great spot for oyster happy hour.
Service was great.
great happy hour wine and seafood specials with exceptional service by Erin and everyone was superb.
I love coming here. The food is always amazing, the service is always amazing.
One of the best happy hours for oyster and other fresh seafoods as well as wine and beer selections.
Woman seating us took a bit and kind of left us guessing what to do
It was for a bday celebration and they brought desert with candle.
Fresh fish and amazing sashimi. Fantastic presentation. Excellent service.
Restaurant was closed for emergency renovation, I found it out on reaching Bar Crudo for dinner.
I am disappointed with both restaurant and OpenTable for not informing us about the closure.
Great service delicious food
Great food, all seafood. Wonderful wines and great ambiance.
A bit on the louder side, but still good to talk for up to 4 people.
Bar Crudo has been a go-to favorite for years. I love the friendly staff, the great lighting and artwork, the interesting beers and wines, and the food! So delicious and satisfying. Always a special, fun time.
Still my favorite restaurant in the city. Food is fantastic. Atmosphere is spot on. Service great as well. Can’t wait to treat myself again.
The crudo sampler and oysters were perfect to start. The marinated mussels were so tender and tasty!
Crudo and oysters were excellent, so was the lobster salad. Did not care for the tacos and for me, the seafood chowder had too many ingredients in it. Overall good though, definitely worth trying.
Consistently friendly unobtrusive service. Food is fresh, atmosphere is relaxed. This is one my favorite places to catch up with friends.
Unique restaurant. Great food. Will come back!
Every single bite we took was perfect! The Crudo for two melted in your mouth. I had 2 herb/jalapeno mussels and 2 prawns which were absolutely delicious. The Lobster Beet Salad is a must and we also had the roasted Dungeness Crab! It was all Perfection! Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience. It was my first time to San Fran!
