Step into Conte Sydney and be transported to the heart of Italy's aperitivo culture. This sleek cocktail bar is a love letter to the iconic Negroni, offering over 40 unique variations crafted with top-shelf Italian vermouths and international spirits.

Pair your drink with delectable mouth-watering Italian food, from our classics Pappardelle Lamb ragu' or Busiate pasta with King Prawns, to a decadent Lobster Acquerello Risotto, smaller plate like charcuterie boards or house-made fluffy focaccia, burrata with culatello always available to accompany your drink of choice.

Excellent night, buzzing atmosphere but cozy, the music levels were on point. We ate bread and pasta and had cocktails. Will have the come back for the mains.

Great atmosphere and great food but overall it was just ok. Service was slow and we were often forgot. Romantic atmosphere for a date night but very loud

very nice environment, friendly staff. Food was sensational. We had the lamb ragu, and a wonderful bottle of Nebbiolo.

It was good but getting the bill and being charged 34 dollars for a martini is a joke. Not even top shelf alcohol, just house. The cocktail cost almost as much as my main course.

Gorgeous looking venue, attentive staff, and most of all, awesome negronis. We had some snacks also, and they were generous and delicious. Already planning my next visit.
