    Booked in advance, received confirmation, and it wasn't open when we arrived. Called a number of times while standing outside, left a voicemail, and have yet to receive a call back with an explanation 4 days later.

    It was closed! We booked for 7.30, the booking was accepted, but the restaurant was closed when we arrived at 7.20 (allegedly open from 6pm according to Google).
