Frankly terrible, they made me enter a credit card to reserve, couldnt get a table outside. I turn up and the place is empty and we get a table near the toilets with a smell of - well - toilets. So we move outside, barman turns up and places a QR code on the table. We leave. How on earth is this bar so bad at the Shard, I was expecting a great place for a drink, Not going again.

Beer lines not cleaned and beer was warm. Didn't even finish our drinks - that bad.

Was very disappointed. With the name Bar 31 was expecting views of London. The bar is on the ground level and appeared to have no air conditioning meaning it was very stuffy. We were celebrating a friend's 60th birthday and she got a headache from being there so we didn't stay for a drink. It was supposed to round off an enjoyable afternoon but left us disappointed

Lacking atmosphere, service was curt and cold, refused to serve a cup of tea at 6.30pm, didn’t try the food but what I could see was not appealing, overpriced. Not recommended!

Bar 31 is a terribly deceptive name for a ground floor bar at the shard! Like many others I arrived to a bar disappointingly lacking in altitude. On the plus side you get to watch other customers Aruni g looking dismayed at their booking errors…

Unfortunately my experience has not been great. Due to bad weather and trains I had to delay my reservation by 20 mins. The lady at the phone had been very unprofessional and rude, which I don’t expect from a bar in a such elegant and popular place like the Shard. However our half Italian waiter was very nice. He saved my experience. I wouldn’t go back, kindness and respect has to be above all.

I’m a fan of cider so that’s my usual drink which is still incredibly good! Also I super like their buns! But what I usually come back here for is the ambience and excellent customer service of the staff Leonardo and Bibi! Love them! Their amazing!
