October 4 and 5, 2023, Bandista will play host to a bar pop-up by Bresca, Jônt, and the upcoming Press Club. The pop-up, will take place each night from 5:00pm to 12:00am. Bresca is a contemporary Parisian bistro showcasing techniques rooted in France, in addition to being awarded a Michelin star, Bresca was named Top 10 US Restaurant Bars by Tales of the Cocktail. Jônt is a chef's counter, which takes guests on a culinary journey through a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, ingredients around the world with inspiration from Japanese cuisine. Press Club, the much-anticipated cocktail bar, will open in early 2024. Reservations are required for 90-minute seatings on this special evening, benefitting Camp H-Town.

Had a fantastic evening. Zach was very attentive and made custom cocktails based on my preferred liquors and taste profile. He gave amazing service and hit the nail on the head with each drink. Shawn was also very kind and professional! 5 Star experience

Drinks were amazing. Service was impeccable. No food except for some free spiced nuts. Drinks were pricey approx. 30 something each but worth it. I love that it wasn’t too mound or too crowded. We got food at the bar on the first floor after drinks.

Amazing Experience and one we highly recommend to anyone who is in search of an elevated "Speak Easy" experience, the bartenders are all immensely attentive and are very artistic in their craft. Cocktails were very creative and delicious... will be back in the future.

This is our fourth or fifth time going to Bandista and we were not disappointed! Sean has started to get to know us and he is very friendly and welcoming! We had to move our times just a bit and the staff was very accommodating!

Absolutely fantastic bar experience! Sean is a wonderful bartender and the entire team were so friendly. The drinks are spendy, but the experience is worth it, and the cocktails are out of this world! I went alone and felt "at home" immediately. If I lived in Houston, Bandista would be a regular splurge. So fabulous, thank you!

If you are looking for a super chill novelty speakeasy that is not being overrun by influencer types with really good drinks before or after dinner, this place is for you. Be warned though, you are paying for the quality of the alcohol used in the drinks.

Extremely overpriced. I can say I’ve tried it at least once, but I will not be going back. Staff is super friendly. The ambience is just ehhhh, it is missing something. It’s definitely not worth the money. One single drink on the menu was listed at $103. Cheapest drink was $25. Also, they do not have any food besides bar nuts.

Such a fun place. Definitely not a weekly hangout… it’s pricey, but the cocktails are made with the best of the best so you get what you pay for. Great for a date night, a special place to take someone to celebrate or to show your guests visiting a unique HTown spot.

Finished a stay at 4 Seasons with a few drinks here. Nicely crafted cocktails. Excellent bartenders. I had a “dead man walking “ which was a strong but tasty drink. Others had Strawberry Fields and Crime of Passion. The bar is hidden and requires reservations escort access. Pricey but fun experience!

This is a unique and fun hidden bar. Someone meets you in the lobby to escort you to the 2nd floor bar and secret door. This is my second time. The food we had was the bar snack which I think was plantains and a horseradish dip. These are unique drinks that are worth the cost. Tip- if you want to sit at the bar, don't make a reservation for more than 2 people. If you are a party of 4, make 2 reservations for 2 people. It is more likely you will be able to be sat at the bar this way. Reservations for the bar is not a guarantee you will be sat at the bar. The lounge is good. The bar is beautiful and I look forward to sitting there next time.
