Bandera in Sacramento serves up Southwestern and globally-inspired favorites paired with warm, freshly baked bread. The wood-fire rotisserie slowly cooks chicken and other dishes to perfection, all where guests can take in the sights and smells. Stop in for a leisurely romantic dinner, or bring the entire family for a fun evening, complete with wine offerings from the bar. Starters at Bandera include skillet cornbread, house-smoked salmon, grilled artichokes and the emerald kale salad. There are entrée salads and sandwiches, along with wood-fired rotisserie roasted chicken and barbecue pork ribs. Check out the entrée selections at Bandera for pan-seared ahi tuna, bangers and mash, roasted prime rib, white cheddar butternut enchilada, barbecue pork ribs and more. There are also desserts, including banana cream pie and house-made Oreo ice cream sandwiches.

We came here for a birthday celebration and the waitress (I don't remember her name!) was fantastic. Our party was joined with 3 others unexpectedly and the waiter was very patient with the larger group and greater demands.

It was wonderful! We were seated right away. Parking was a little frustrating but they are remodeling the plaza. Food was amazing. Hawaiian ribeyes are the best I've ever had

The goat cheese salad was so good. The enchilada didn't have any meat in it so I was a little surprised but it was delicious, regardless. The tri-tip was delectable and not dry at all. The servers are well-mannered, quick, and do their jobs well.

The Butternut Squash Enchilda was very tasty the Rotesseri Chicken was not over seasoned or over done, Banana Creme had enough sweetness, Overall food was fresh tasty. I will definetely go back and try the rest of the menu😄

The food was excellent as well as the service. It was a little loud but that's because they were pretty busy. Reservations are a must!

Great wine list! Love the French dip, miss the Thai noodle salad. Parking is terrible, but the food is worth it.
