   first time at Balans, wasnt sure what to expect, but was satisfied with the whole evening. the food is varied, service was a little tiresom, but it was very busy. so i wont make a meal of that. overall a very nice warm, relaxing atmosphere. westfield isnt to everyones liking, but spend a bit of time on an evening here....NOT SHOPING, take in a movie, and a meal and its a different place. id come here again

   As a Balans loyalty card holder I was looking forward to visiting this new venue. The interior looks modern and clean, the service was good, quick and welcoming. However, I was a little disappointed with the food (as compared with the Balans in Soho). My chicken was a little charred, and my friend's duck had to be sent back to the kitchen as it was rare (we asked for well-done). Admittedly, it was rather busy but for £60 for two, you'd expect higher quality.

   Good food, good service, was nice having a table outside. Great cheesecake.

   Balans is the perfect place for a relaxed breakfast before hitting the hectic sights of London. Best Pancakes in town.

   Balans-White City. I dined here at lunch with my mother. We had Greek Meze platter between us. Then the Sea Bass and Battered Haddock. Both the mains were well presented and delicious, and as i did not want the mushy peas with the haddock i was offered a side salad instead which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accomodating although initially slow to take our order, being more mature diners we felt the music was rather loud.

   I took my clients to Balans at Westfield shopping centre and it was absolutely lovely! The staff were warm and welcoming and the food was wonderful. I will definitely go there again

   3 of us went for brunch on a Saturday morning. Balans has a wide range of brunch options which was a surprise, not only it was yummy and the portion size was also appropriate. Service was efficient and attentive but not intruding. Will definitely go there again!

   Balans in Westfield is a great place for brunch at the weekend. The food is great and the menu wide to accommodate all tastes. I've been there several times now, and have never been impressed with the service. While not bad, more than once my order has been misunderstood, and this time the waiter seemed to take issue with us wanting to pay separately. Would recommend nontheless.

   Balans did not receive the booking via open table! but fortunately they were able to find us a suitable table. The waiter was attentive and the dishes chosen were well presented tasty and hot. A very enjoyable evening.

    Very friendly and attentive service, a broad based and varied menu. Food rather fair qualoity, nothing really special, a certain blandness of the dish. Boisterous and energetic atmosphere.
