   Bajel is a culinary revelation! I was blown away by the creativity, flavors, and attention to detail. The cauliflower with white mole was a masterpiece - the subtle nuances of the mole complemented the delicate flavor of the cauliflower perfectly. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible wine pairing, featuring exceptional Mexican wines (I had no idea Mexico produced such amazing wines!). Each sip perfectly complemented each bite, showcasing the expertise of Ramses the sommelier. The service was intuitive and impeccable, with Nancy providing warm and attentive service that made me feel so at ease as a solo diner. I wholeheartedly believe Bajel deserves a MichelinStar - the culinary expertise, creativity, and dedication to showcasing Mexico's rich flavors and wines are truly deserving of the highest accolades. Bajel is an absolute must-visit!

   I am glad I chose to experience Bajel while visiting Mexico City! I would highly recommend! I enjoyed every single bite and will return on my next visit to this beautiful city! The manger Irais was wonderful and our server, Raymundo, was a pleasure to meet and to be served by.

   My family and I dined at Bajel on a Saturday night for my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was incredible - our server Raymundo was very attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. My daughter is 9 years old and she loved this experience! The staff and chef made her feel welcome and didn't treat her like a child. The sommelier Ramses put together some amazing wine pairings that significantly enhanced our overall experience! We would absolutely go back to Bajel! Highly recommend!!

    Outstanding ambience, food and service. Tasting menu rivals Michelin star restaurants. Service was impeccable. Reynaldo and staff were fantastic. Wine pairing was perfect complement.
