Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard

We were pleasantly impressed with the strategies in place to keep people distant from each other. The menu was accessed with a QR Code on our phones. We ordered and paid through the App on the phone. It was contactless and we enjoyed ourselves. Live music was provided which enhanced the visit.

So nice to have an option of places to go during these times. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating.

Very poor service/attitudes, had to pull teeth to get a server instead of paying through an app, overpriced lunchables served as “meat and cheese” platers with 2 pieces of meat inside, forced to pay ASAP if paying with cash... only thing that made it nice was the man playing the guitar and the wine... I recommend going elsewhere like Palmer Vineyards

Enjoyed the inside high top tables next to the new fireplace. Quiet, easy to have a conversation and wine, food options were five stars! Service was excellent!!

Great Vinyard. We love going here, the wines are great and the atmosphere is just amazing - live music on the weekends! Oh, and the horses 🐎 are cool also!

the music was way too loud and not very good, the safety of customers was good, tables spaced far apart , waitress service and mask wearing away from tables was enforced.

Be sure to arrive earlier for your reservation time if you want to be seating inside the tent. We had a 2:00 reservation and arrived 1:55 , we were seated on the outside deck and had to wait for a table to open under the tent.

All COVID precautions made me feel safe. It was a wonderful afternoon, but you need reservations

Had a great visit. Fairly warm with heaters under the tents. Live music was a plus and wines are decent. Beer flight could use some work. Great and safe system for ordering, placed orders and they were delivered within 3 minutes. Excellent service. Would definitely go back.

Always a nice time. Just wish they tell you that you aren't guaranteed a seat in the heated tents. We got seated outside for the first 45 minutes and it was freezing.

Everything was great! Wine was very good! We were expecting to be chilly but no heaters by picnic tables. It was cold. Could have used some heating lamps or had a different seating area!

Amazing in every way I love this place I being here twice and it’s great for kids and I’m I’m going back again before the closing day

This was my second time coming here. I loved it the first time, so I decided to book this for my mom's 68th birthday to celebrate her. We are all wine drinkers in my family, so this was great. We really enjoyed the bottles of wine we had, and the food was delicious too. The staff were all very professional and friendly and made us feel like we were family. It was a great time and my mom enjoyed herself so much, as we all did. We will definitely be back.

Birthday celebration

Michelle, Rose and the security team Made our experience beyond words enjoyable. Thank you so much for the lovely staff and amazing wine and food. We will be back for sure. New ownership keep up the good work. The contactless ordering system for food was fast and efficient. Make sure you order the buffalo chicken meatballs!

We were there from 11:30 - 1:30 (as per our reservation) Seated outside in heated tent. It was comfortable. Ordered a bottle of wine and some chili and pretzels. Service was quick and friendly. Miss not having live music but there was piped in music. You order and pay via an app on your phone. Very clean and everyone was socially distanced. It was enjoyable.

The set up at the vineyard was great. All the tables were separated and I felt safe. Also, to order and pay, you use a QR code and your phone. Excellent system. The only problem was everything was overpriced. A sample/taste of one wine was $6.....I have been to many wineries and I have never paid $6 for an oz of wine. The cider was good and the chicken tenders were dry. We also had the meatballs and pretzels. They had a good variety of snacks to choose from but everything on the menu was too expensize.

Lots of fun. Had an enjoyable time They have a tent set up outside, so it's no as cold.

Great place to go for a birthday gathering! Very COVID safe and you order/pay for all drinks and food from your phone. Genius! I would definitely go again.

Over priced wine Disorganized waited online over 25 minutes which ate into our limited seating timeframe

Been quite a few times but for a holiday day weekend with the COVID 19 requirements this was great they served you at your table no line at the restroom and plenty of parking plus the band was amazing

You had to make a reservation for a specific time frame and were seated at an outdoor table. Only table service available and you ordered from your phone, but received our wine and snacks very quickly . Live music added to the ambiance. Great time!

Friendly and fast service. Wish there was more food instead of snacks.

Our meal totaled $103.83.
Wine - the hi-light of the meal - was $31 - a fair price.
The food is served out of a food truck, which we didn’t know. They lost our app-ordered and prepaid including 18% tip order “in the soup” after delivering the wine pretty quickly. After 45 minutes we inquired about it and were told it would be right out. 20 minutes later it came.
$16 golden fried chicken cutlet entree was the equivalent of one chicken tender with cheese sliver and what appeared to be balsamic vinegar on it.
$13 truffle fries was like a small McDonalds fry order with cheese grated on top.
$6 roasted corn was good,
$15 marinated steak skewers entree were tasty, and probably the best value of the food (eight one-inch cubes and a cup of blue cheese dressing)
All of the food was cold.
They brought us a wine flight to share as an apology.

We looked forward to this for a few weeks and we’re totally disappointed.
