The food was okay, it could have been better- pretty average. The churrasco steak was almost tasteless the drinks were good
My wife and I was visiting Universal Orlando and after the Park we decided to drop into Bahama Breeze for lunch. The whole experience was like, WOW!!! Both service and food was great!!! The only thing is that the Avocados were missing from the meal because they didn’t have any in stock. It wasn’t their fault, so I was able to let that pass. Great job Bahama Breeze... we’ll be back!!!
Food was good. Service and drinks are slow. Kids meals are just ok
I’ve never had a bad experience here. I love the specialty cocktails and the jerk wings are my favorite
It was Great!
Amazing we really enjoy ourselves n the food n drinks was so freaking gud
Food was great! Social distancing excellent. All servers wore masks. Disinfected constantly. Very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant!
The food and drinks we got ended up being really sub par overall my experience though was fine waiter was really awesome really nice
I ended up dropping 115$ on dinner for three really sugary drinks and then two expensive entrees that just didn’t meet the standard. Apps are always above and beyond though.
When we first got there we didn’t get a server until almost 15 minutes in to sitting there. But once we got a swerved she was great and took very good care of us.
It was good for to say they just reopened.
Our server Mike was very kind! I think the staff overall seem to be handling the social
Distancing with a professional attitude :)
Restaurant is pristinely clean and staff is amazing! Can't wait to come back here again!
It was pretty good, had no issues.
Service was slow. Does not feel like a tropical atmosphere. Feels more industrial. Very loud even though the restaurant was only half full.
Lousy! Terrible dining experience. Both the food and the service was horrible.
Service was slow, server has too many table for lunch on Saturday feb 15.
The appetizer was delicious ( fried chicken in a platane sandwich.
My paella was tasteless. Rubbery shrimp and scallops, mussels were okay, fish chicken rice beans no taste, the italien charcuterie chorizo was the only thing with a kick.
My wife has the stack crab meat and avocado, the crab was watery, smelled nothing like crab or an ocean, my wife look at me, o looked at her and we both said “ the food”? Yes tasteless oh yes!
It was really disappointing.
Next to us two ladies were sat down by hostess, did not communicate to waiters and after 15 minutes of being ignored they left.
Look like the staff is very young and not seasoned or well trained, no manager came to see us during our meal.
First time in! Everything was excellent! Will visit again in the future!
Was there on a family trip. The restaurant had a little bit of everything for everyone but on the exotic side.
Server was hospitable and attentive, food came out in a timely manner and the new location is nice.
Our waitress was possibly new and over worked. Not enough staff. Food was very good.
DO NOT go to this one - go to the one on International Drive. This one is terrible. The server was incompetent. She must not have even put our food in right away, because it was over 45 minutes (almost an hour!) from the time we ordered until our food came out. We never got refills. I had to find a water pitcher myself twice. The manager was okay but didn't even make anything right for us. Won't be returning to this one either. Plus, the ambiance and layout of the other one in Orlando by Universal is infinitely better.
Love the coconut shrimp!
All was well with the exception of length of time it took the food to be served.
Juan was a great server, the food was great!
My husband and I favorite place for dinner
Big selection to choose from. Caught the "Happy Hour" and appetizers we tried were good, even better they were 1/2 price. A pleasant surprise. Didn't have any cocktails, but the list of drinks went on for pages, so you have a good selection. You should easily find a meal and drink and not break the bank. Very good for a casual dinner.
Server excessively checked at our table throughout our meal and removed plates/gave desert recommendations before we had finished eating entrees
The waiter was very nice. But, was taking a long time to come back and take our order. The food also took a long time to cook. We found this to be odd since the place was not very busy. This was my second time coming to this location, and the first time was better than this. We also have been to the other location on I drive, and their service, food, ambiance and everything is always 5 stars.
Checked in and waited over 30 minutes for a server to assist us. The restaurant was slow at the time, not busy and our server advised us that she was waiting tables clear on the other side of the restaurant. Then it took a bit for the food to come, we had one refill the entire time. The jerk wings that we ordered were not hot, my love waited for 30 minutes for extra sauce for the wings, My jerk chicken pasta was cold and was ordered with extra sauce on the side, but pasta came out with no sauce on it at all. Took forever for almost assistance on everything. Honestly, not the normal experience at this location, as I normally go during their busier times. We were very disappointed with the food and services
Just a great place to chill out after a long week and enjoy the people you’re hanging out with
Amazing ambiance especially for my boyfriends first time.
Food was frozen
Very good food and ambience
Always good food. Service was quick' even on a Saturday night. The server was attentive but not always at the table. Great place for a bite outside of the theme parks
Always outstanding. Like the airy, open new location. Would prefer lower ceilings for less noise bounce. Great service.
Bahama Breeze has been a favorite restaurant since the first one opened on I-Drive. Second visit to this location. The 1st time was disappointing. The smallest portion of Paella I've ever seen. The 2nd time was right. This is now our preferred location.
Great food and friendly, knowledgeable servers. We would return
Awesome experience, they were ready to seat us upon arrival. Clean new sparkling restaurant with smiling service. great food and drinks. Highly recommended
