Badu 1891 celebrates the spirit of the Texas Hill Country by serving Texas Inspired Cuisine in a beautifully restored National & Texas Historic Registered building in Llano, Texas. Chef Chandler Melia and his team pay homage to their Texas roots by taking familiar Southern dishes and expertly reinventing them with local game and bold spices and seasonings. We also have an outdoor stage for live music on the weekends and special occasions. Dining reservations are not required but are highly recommended, especially for groups of 6 or more.

When you make a reservation and drive 30 minutes to get there just to find out the restaurant is not in business anymore!!!

This restaurant was not even open, although you sent me a reservation confirmation. It appears it is closed indefinitely. We drove all the way to Llano only to find it was shut down. Please update your reservation information before booking reservations.

A very good meal as usual. We really enjoy the Burger & Brew on Thursday! This is one of our very favorite places to eat in Llano.

A unique dining experience. They were out of dome of our first choices(wine, entree) but we made excellent alternate choices. Wonderful ambiance; Terrific service.
