   We ate outdoors under a redwood tree with a very effective patio heater keeping us warm. The lunch menu is limited, but enough choices. We split a salad with smoked salmon and gem lettuce; very nice. And tried the fried chicken sandwich and pseudo Reuben made with celery root instead of pastrami - it works! Had a pleasant draft beer and were too full to try the dessert, a cake that folks at next table enjoyed. We will return to this pleasant spot that makes outdoor dining easy.

   Lovely lunch on the patio. The quiche was excellent and the "reuben" made of celeriac marinated with pastrami spice was delicious!

   The patio was great, our server was delightful, it was such a cute spot but the food was really marginal and overpriced. They say the pizzas are dark but it was stiff as a board and paper thin. $30 for a risotto that was not very good was also very disappointing. And the happy hour marg tasted like water with a hint of lime and tequila. Would’ve rather paid $4 more for a real cocktail.

   The Sunday brunch was lovely seated on the outdoor patio with sunshine and live music. Although it was slightly cool, our host brought a blanket which made it warm and cozy in combination with the overhead heaters and pitcher of mimosas! Food was excellent, the shrimp toast was a new taste and delightful. Will return again soon!

    The soup was delicious! I love soup and the cup was perfect start to a great lunch. Split the chicken bahn miah sliders and delicious roasted seven vegetables with couscous! Couldn’t leave without a container of Sicilian lemon almond pistachio cake.yum!
