The B Side, our neighborhood joint situated next door to Red Apron at Mosaic, is an amalgamation of all the things we love the most: crazy good food prepared simply; way too many wines; stiff drinks made by pros who know how to make them; a mind-boggling beer list; killer tunes on the turntable and a scene that has no patience for pretense. This is B Side. ​To make it all happen, we assembled a braintrust with Chef & Butcher Nathan Anda, Resident Hop Head Greg Engert, and a team of merry mixmasters and grape gurus. This band of brothers has built nothing less than a double live album of greatest hits. From obscure wine finds to cool and crafty cocktails, charcuterie, bar snacks, burgers, butcher's cuts and beyond - our guys are bringing it. ​What's more, we don't cut corners. Full stop. If there's one thing these boys have in common, it's a total obsession with sourcing and serving only the absolute best. So c'mon out and join us for some fun at B Side, we'd love to have you.

Celebrated my birthday here a few weeks ago. The menu is new and more limited than usual. Really enjoyed the schnitzel but missed the lengthy charcuterie menu option. Beer list and cocktail selection also very limited at the moment. I hope they are able to increase their menu as things return to normal.

Everything was fine, not great, not spectacular, just fine. A $16 burger could have been more flavorful and fries were nicely garlicky but mushy, and an $18 bowl of pasta and sausage could have used more sausage and more sauce. The bread and mustard with the charcuterie was the highlight of the meal.

Nice to see B Side open again. Food and drinks were great as usual, as was service. Also as usual, it was too loud, which is getting really played out.

So happy to see B Side is back open - they have amazing cocktails, service, and great food. Their affiliation with Red Apron Butcher means they always have amazing meat and cheese in every dish.
