    We were excited to try the 55 day dry aged ribeyes but it seems the kitchen cannot cook a steak to the proper temperature. Two of the ribeyes were under cooked - blood rare instead of medium rare. The kitchen decided to ignore my request to only cook for an additional 40 seconds and they came back medium well to well done. The manager insisted on providing new steaks, against my wishes as I was done with the restaurant at that point and just wanted to pay and leave, and they both came out blood rare again, completely uncooked.

    Always 5 stars for B&B. One guarantee is you will always receive consistent service and food. Do not forget to order the Carpet Bagger on the Half Shell!

    Had a great experience for my yearly birthday meal. I though all of the entres and meal was good... The two best dishes I experienced was the bread and the 3 types of butter and of course the USDA prime 22oz ribeye of which I could not finish. I did get a couple of appetizers (meatballs and the thick cut bacon) both were very delish.. pro tip: take the bacon and put it with a peice of the bread for an unexpected slider combo sensation. The service was good not great. I could tell he was well trained but not enthusiastic to serve me which I think changes the mood of the experience. Overall I'll be back because the steak was perfect.

    We had a great experience at B&B Butchers. The food was excellent. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the appetizers and sides, everything hit the mark. Service was attentive without being overbearing and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The ambience was classy but relaxed. Perfect for a night out or a celebration. The only reason it is not a full five stars is that while everything was great, it did not have that one standout moment that made it unforgettable. Still, we would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier steakhouse in Houston.
