Night started off poorly, as we were seated, then waited a long time before anyone came by the table. That is other then the guy filling the water, as he was on point, as our water was refilled twice before we got to put in a drink order.
At the time of the drink orders, we put in an order for 2 appetizers as we were worried when we may see our waiter again. Only 1 app came out, and I think the only reason we got the 2nd was we had to ask if it was coming or not.
Steaks were the highlight, all 4 we ordered were cooked perfectly. One person in our party ordered the truffle butter as a topping, but alas it was forgotten. We did have the waiter take it off the bill though, hate to get charged for something we didn't get.
Overall 3 stars, only cause the food was really good. Expect much better service when paying over 200 a person. Much better experience at Del Frisco's and Papa's Brothers in the last month, would recommend either instead.
Great restaurant week menu. We had great service and excellent food. Chef Tommy Bacon was wonderful. The surf and turf choice was exceptional.
Our meal was very good, but unfortunately the service was poor. Our server was never around and we sat with empty glasses for almost the entire meal. He forgot to bring a steak knife with the meal. Over charged us for 2 extra glasses of wine that we didn’t have.
Wife and I went out for our 2nd anniversary dinner. First time, but wanted to try something different than our usual, Del Frisco’s Grille. B&B had great selections for both of us, from start to finish, that were very well executed. We loved being seated in the elbow/nook of a long booth. But the way the booth was cushioned, and how the table was situated, there wasn’t a lot of back support. Either had to sit up straight or slouch, rather than being able to sit back. This is a very minor detail, of course. Carlos was a fantastic server, offered great recs, particularly the wine suggestion he gave. Steaks were phenomenal, bread was the best steakhouse bread we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to go back. Much better steak selection and execution than Del Frisco’s Grille.
We went for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We were immediately greeted with a smile and positive attitude. The food was fresh and delectable. Steak was cooked to perfection and the creamed spinach…sooo good. We will definitely be going back.
Have dined there many times have not been disappointed
We went for restaurant week. Lovely ambience. Service was stellar, the best we’ve had anywhere in recent memory. Will definitely return to sample other items on menu.
Had great Food options on the restaurant week menu. Steak and potatoes were delicious. The meatballs and raviolis were okay.
Filet was very flavorful and tender. Server was friendly and informative and not at all intrusive. Tables a little close together…someone came to visit at table next to us and decidedly infringed on our space. Desserts were marvelous
Everything was wonderful! Thank you for participating in Restaurant Week.
Very nice and quiet atmosphere with professional staff . The food was what you should expect from a top restaurant .
Food and service was amazing. Decided to sit at the bar instead of a table. Butchers butter and scallops were terrific
Amazing. Best food I’ve had in a long time. Experience from the moment we opened the door until we leaves was phenomenal.
Y’all…. THE… FOOD… IS…. INCREDIBLE! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Worth every penny! I don’t believe any of these negative reviews. QUALITY was on point! Service was incredible.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
Friendly, personal greeting as we walked in. Wait staff was a little slow but we were in no hurry & the team did not disappoint. A little louder than I like but may have been the hard surfaces. Food was fantastic! I want to try brunch one weekend.
Wonderful service. Everything we ate was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. Came on a Monday night so it was not busy and that made it more appealing as far as noise level and fast service. Received a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday!
Brunch with Big Mike is always fantastic!
Food was excellent as usual. Service was not so great though. I think our server was spread too thin. After our initial contact, it took a while for him to come back around. Also, our appetizer never came out. The staff did offer a complementary dessert though.
The steak a la berg was tough. The chicken on my wife’s salad was like steamed or something. Not tasty at all. We made our reservation a month ago and we’re seated upstairs with one other party. Not the atmosphere I was hoping for on my 35 year anniversary.
Great overall experience. Only issue was our 40 oz tomahawk was ordered as medium rare but came out rare.
This place is a clear 10 !!!! Go now !
It’s great in all areas ! A STEAK paradise
After spending a terrible Thanksgiving at Double Eagle Del Frisco in Ft. Worth, this was the exact opposite. It was quiet, we had a view of the street, and the overall comfort level was great. Our waiter was absolutely the best. He showed a level of professionalism I haven't witnessed in a while. The food was above our expectations. The filets were so tender! I advise anyone to have your steak Oscar style. The lobster was so sweet tasting it melted in your mouth. To top off the meal we had your creme brulee which was a delightful treat as always. This was our first time there and I was impressed. Will definitely be a "Go To" restaurant for our special occasions. Thank you for making our New Year start out with the perfect dinner.
Food was very good but service was completely out of sync.
Took 5 - 10 minutes to get water. Drinks were always behind the course being served. The wait staff was too lazy to go get a wine menu and just recommended the house wine which was just okay.
Our steaks were oresented well before we finished our salad.
For a meal of this cost and quality the service made the experience far less enjoyable than it should have been. We felt rushed the entire meal.
I was excited to try B&B despite a few negative reviews. Unfortunately My husband and I were not impressed. On a positive note the atmosphere and food was good, a little overpriced in my opinion. The BLT salad was good, I had the waguye skirt steak and my husband had the sirloin. Both were delicious. My disappointment was with the slow service. When dining at these prices you expect top notch service and they were on the level of dining at chilis. We waited 15 minutes for a server to greet us at the table and provide us with a menu. The food came out rather quickly but the wine was also slow. After dining we waited another 15 minutes for our check and never received our to go boxes which I was the most dissatisfied in! I only consumed half of my plate and my husband had at least $30 worth of his steak left. Maybe lunch option would be better for this location. We will continue our dinner dates with Ruth Chris because of their better service.
Food was delicious - my new favorite Mac & cheese in FTW. My husband and I went there for our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We definitely indulged with multiple drinks, appetizers and desserts - and everything was delicious. The berry butter cake was lovely and I'd definitely recommend the lamb chops. We went for an early dinner around 3, so it was calm. Very attentive service.
It was a wonderful evening! My new husband and I went as part of our honeymoon. The staff was kind, the food was delicious (both the steak and scallops we got were cooked perfectly and the best we have ever had), and everything was phenomenal. We highly recommend going!
Food was absolutely amazing and an awesome first experience. Will 100% be back. Aaron our waiter was great!
Exceptional quality for all their menu items. We went for our Anniversary, and loved it. The service and wait staff were excellent, and always anticipated whatever we needed (e.g., water, wine, etc.).
Calamari for a starter was outstanding, the best we've EVER had ! Wife had a "wedge" salad and loved it. For the main course Chateaubriand for two, with a side of mushrooms and a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The sides are indicated as serving for two, but it would easily serve four ! Everything we tasted was exceptional and cooked perfectly.
Although it is an expensive restaurant, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend B&B, and we will be back !
We had a good meal here. Service a bit slow and made a couple small mistakes but quick to fix. Overall an excellent steakhouse and good meal
We had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner here. The food was excellent and the service was great! They even had Christmas carolers singing to the patrons.
