We were promptly seated despite being about fifteen minutes early for our reservation. Our drink order was quickly taken and our wine arrived about the same time as the bread. We skipped appetizers in order to get dessert. Our food order was delivered very quickly and everything was cooked to perfection. The fish special was particularly well done and presented beautifully. The other dishes were also excellent. We ordered three different desserts and they were worth going back for even if the meal hadn’t been! Overall a very professional and personable experience. Highly recommend.

We always have Azar on our list each time we visit Aruba. They have excellent steaks but also the very best corn dish that is very flavorful.

It was our first time and we ordered the roasted chicken with fries and a salad as well as the short rib. The chicken dish was so filling, my husband ended up having some of the salad and fries. His short rib was delicious and filling as well. We thought about ordering appetizers, but thankfully we didn’t since we couldn’t even finish our dinners! Azar is worth the visit and we will definitely be back!!

OUTSTANDING DINNER!!! In my TOP 5 on the Island - easily! Been going to Aruba for +10 years and always try to eat at new restaurants every year. I really don't think I ever had a bad meal on the island, but some restaurants (this one) rank so high that I must go back again every year. The "must go back" list!! AZAR just made that list for me. Service from Cody was great all night! Seating, we sat outside as that seemed to be harder to reserve so I booked that, but it's really 95% covered. I am more of an inside diner, so I would seat inside next time (A/C) and the ambiance is fantastic everywhere. The "garden seating" may be a couple of small tables and chairs as you walk in but not sure on that. Anywhere you get seating will be great. The food quality, presentation and flavors are where things really ramp up from other restaurants. Bread and dipping butter, impossible not to be impressed - this really set the stage for the rest of the night - absolutely incredible. Salads are very large and splitable so keep that in mind, we had the GRILLED ROMAINE and AZAR SALAD which we did not finish because they were huge! Appetizers, we had the GRILLED SHRIMP YUZU BUTTER - so good OMG!! Entrees, I had the SHORT RIB which was INSANE - huge!! My wife had the CHILLEAN SEA BASS and was amazed! We had a bottle of Wine and I had an Espresso Martini to finish the night - so good! Outstanding rating for me! I will be back 100%!
