With rich, dark green walls, elaborate décor and plush banquette seating, Ayllu is a Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant serving contemporary sharing plates, sushi and innovative cocktails.

The cosy restaurant is built around the traditions of the Ayllu community of the Inca Empire. The Ayllu was a group of families that lived together, worked the land together and shared their belongings and mealtimes, just like a large family. Much like the Incan civilisation, Ayllu is about the coming together of friends and families and taking time to share an experience of great food and innovative cocktails with loved ones.

Drawing on the inspiration of the Ayllu community, the menu consists of innovative small plates, designed for the whole table to share. Traditional Peruvian flavours are paired with Japanese influences, bringing fresh and zesty aromas to each dish.

The best restaurant in Paddington. I and my pertner came here during our holiday. I can only recommend. Azamat is lovely young man and very professional, he will look after your order and drinks. The food choices were all very tasty. Thanks guys so much ❤️

We loved it so much at this wonderful restaurant. This is the second time we've come here. I recommend it!!!! Very spectacular and delicious, the tacos are a must try. We will be back a third time soon ;))))

Amazing service and very good sushi, the manager treated us very well and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was 10/10, even for my fussy 9 year old. Great place!

Customer service brilliant, professional yet friendly. Food is absolutely amazing! Fresh, delicious, portions enormous! You’d never leave hungry even if you’ve ordered some salad! Returned to this place for the brunch and it did not disappoint, best brunch we ever been!
