    Enjoyed the food but wanted to let you know that our server should be spoken to. He took it upon himself to select the tip himself and just added it to the total and gave us the card back. Never gave any of us at the table the machine to select the tip or sign or get a receipt. When we asked about it, he acted surprised and just said that he took care of it for us. We said common practice is the customer chooses the tip not the waiter. He didn’t appreciate our question and just blew it off. He should be fired. He did it at all the tables around us.

    Lovely venue, great service, the brunch menu is pretty limited, but our party of 3 each found something good.

    Avli on the Park deserves its good reputation, but for the best experience, avoid the busiest times when many large parties make noise levels high. Anytime you can get a table is good, but weekdays and lunches are more pleasant.
