Always a great time here. Incredibly good service, good menu, great ambiance.
The service and speed of the food coming out was just awful. We were there an hour and 50 minutes and had to rush at the end to get check, etc and weren’t able to order dessert, as we would have been there over 2 hours had we ( which we would have if time permitted). So don’t go there if you have a time limit on your meal (for us, small children at home!)
We had a great time on Saturday night at a fantastic table in the bar room. Our waiter wasn’t the greatest, but we know it was a busy night. Hoping next time the service matches everything else which was great!
Everything was done well and made our evening very enjoyable. The food is simple, but excellent quality and delicious.
Went to Autograph for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. We made a reservation and sat right away. Our server was great- quick, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire experience, despite it being a busy Saturday night. The new crab cake appetizer was delicious. We each had seafood entrees- one was a special. My entree was the swordfish on the menu— it was cooked perfectly. My favorite part of every meal is dessert. This is did not disappoint. All around a wonderful experience.
We were placed in a round booth and the sun was glaring through the shades.. not one server asked to either close the blind or help move my chair around. Thankfully the sun moved quickly and I was able to see. Our server was friendly however we never really saw him, we saw more of the lady servers who were very nice as well. Food was great we all ordered fries with our meal however two plates came out with tots. Overall it was a good place, I’ve been there for dinner and service was way better. I think they just need to have a little more attention to detail and step up the game with service.
Perfect place for a Valentine’s dinner! Very romantic ambiance. The bellini cocktails are so good and the food was delicious!
I came for dinner on Valentine’s Day. Being sat at a table near the bar is not romantic considering the building is so beautiful. Also, it is way to loud to hear anything. And when you have two top tables sitting close to each other it is not fun to yell to talk. I shouldn’t have other people listening to my conversation. The food was just ok. A couple of the dishes lacked flavor. And a big knife sticking out of my chocolate cake wasn’t romantic either. I definitely had higher expectations.
Great pace to the meal. Excellent food!
Valentine date with the girls
way too expensive v-day menu but we should have expected that
love the bar
food could improve
Excellent food and excellent service by Adam! Very enjoyable Valentine's dinner.
As always a great meal, great service and awesome cocktails.
I had the the salmon tacos and my buddy had the turkey BLT - both were delicious.
The double old fashioned was very tasty and the service was exceptional.
The venue is welcoming and the autographed art / photos are fun!
Booth was requested and was ready when we arrived. Service was great and so were drinks appetizers and entree. We enjoyed our evening very much. Birthday dessert was appreciated!
The food and service was amazing! Will be back soon!
Great service. Food was delicious. We both had the crab melt served with truffle fries. Yum! Enjoyed the privacy of the autograph booth which made it easier to converse than it would have been in a noisy open dining area.
My wife and I went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner since we couldn’t get a babysitter for Friday. We weren’t too hungry so we ordered a few apps with drinks and while the food wasn’t bad, it could have been better. The lobster bisque was very good, but it was simple and it’s not challenging to make a “good” lobster bisque. The truffle fries we fine but just not great and the short rib felt empty (from a flavor perspective). Again, the food wasn’t bad... but I really was expecting a little more.
Partner choked on branzino bone
It took forever to get a glass of wine
The bread was at least a day old
The waitress provided great service and the atmosphere was terrific
I can't comment about dinner at AB, and they do lots of private events like bridal showers in their dining room, but Sunday Brunch is a travesty (perhaps staff is focusing on their private events) .
With sparse brunch menu offerings, the waitstaff should be able to explain any changes in ingredients that are different from the description on the menu, and that didn't happen.
Our orders of Salad Lyonnaise, described as the standard frisee, poached egg, bacon and chives, was ordered with an extra egg (after asking if it came with just one egg) presented with four poached to hard boiled eggs atop a large bowl of arugula, some bacon bits and black pepper I recommended to the server that they tell future patrons that the ingredients were switched.
The manager came to see our table and said they are now mixing arugula with frisee (there were 3--5 stands in my "mix") and that he should, in fact change it on the menu. Sorry, but arugula just doesn't stand up to all those eggs, and if I wanted four eggs I would have had an omelet, not the lighter salad choice I thought I was getting.
On top of that though our party did not take advantage of the "bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys, we did have Virgin Marys and were charged for refills.
Food was delicious and well prepared. Service was great. Overall pricey but worth it
One of the most wonderful dining experiences I have had in awhile. Beautiful atmosphere, impeccable service, outstanding food and the icing on the cake was the 80s music featuring Queen at one point. Heaven. It really could not get any better after that.
A favorite place for any occasion - always great food and service! And if you want to edit a meal to your liking - the chef is always accommodating!
We have dined at Autograph a few times. We have never been disappointed. This time my steak was a little under-done. I rarely send a meal back (afraid of what a temperamental chef might do), but the steak was too rare for me to enjoy. I was offered a choice of another meal, but stayed with the steak and it came back perfect. While waiting I was served a complimentary cup of soup and apologies. Both were not necessary-things happen. In any event we enjoyed our meal and the 5 star level of service.
Service and food were great
The food, service and atmosphere is perfect!!
Splendid food and attentive service.
Great atmosphere and delicious food! Happy hour is a great value!
Great menu selection- nice portion size - delicious flavors! Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Overall we were disappointed. My husband’s veal chop was rare and even still undercooked after sending it back to the kitchen. I ordered Steak Frites and was not happy when a sirloin came out. Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.
We had a delicious family meal to celebrate grandparents’ visit. We enjoyed a lovely table near the fireplace. Everyone loved their meals including the swordfish, filet, and sea bass. Service was attentive. This was truly a special evening. We’d definitely visit again. This is our favorite special occasion place on the Main Line.
Food was incredible if a bit pricey. $123 plus tip for two with a shared appetizer and shared dessert and only one drink and one soda. Gets rather loud in the dining room. I felt that we were a bit rushed, literally just sat down and the waiter was already looking to take drink order. Courses came right on top of one another and then the bus staff were trying to clear dishes before we were finished. One was annoyed that I wasn’t giving up my roll when he wanted to take the bread plate. Also too dark - thank heaven for cell phone light or the menu would be unreadable. We had Tuna Tartare, swordfish, scallops and the peanut butter bar. Fabulous food but other aspects took away from the experience.
This was my wife’s birthday celebration. It was a delightful dinner with our two adult daughters. I love the decorations and great bar atmosphere for pre-meal drinks.
Great night and excellent food!
Shrimp mealy, filet perfect!
This restaurant, located in Wayne, Pa., was a nice place for lunch. Service was good and the menu acceptable. If you are in this area it is a decent place to dine - nothing exceptional.
Restaurant not busy but waiter made us feel rushed at every turn. One guest wanted a baked potato instead of fingerlings which were paired with his entre. He was given a separate side of loaded baked potato order for which he declined toppings when requesting the simple baked potato. He just wanted a plain baked potato. A separate charge was made of $10 for the substitute. At the end of our meal waiter gave us dessert menus, we continued talking, he came back to the table and without even asking if we wanted dessert, he picked up the menus and dropped the check. The meal was not special and the price was too high for what we got. And the waiter was not great.
