We took my husband for Fathers Day and were pretty disappointed. Started off good, being sat on time (we had an outdoor reservation) and it all went downhill after. Waited about 15 minutes for drinks-- 3 waters (2 kids), a margarita, an iced tea and two kids soft drinks. 2/4 kids cups didn't have lids-- my kids are 2&4, they all should have lids. Waiting another 15-20 minutes to place apps-- came back and didn't have one app-- no big deal. Then waited a lengthy time to place our dinner order-- finally ordered-- 25 minutes later find out they didn't have my entree. Substitute my entree, kids meals come out-- kids are now done eating and we still haven't gotten our meals-- our meals come out, mine is sub par at best and my husbands ribeye is med well, he ordered med rare-- not waiting for it to be remade as our children are young, it's now after 9pm, and they've been done eating for 30 minutes. Offered dessert, nice gesture... waitress tells us ice cream flavors and my daughter orders mint chocolate chip... surprise! They don't have mint chocolate chip. Overall really disappointing, food was average. Waitress was nice but not really on top of it. Had to ask for refills, sugar, etc. didn't really check on us but did apologize at the end for the menu mishaps. We most likely won't be returning as there are countless other nice restaurants in the area.
The food and service were excellent. The only downside was eating in the tent in the parking lot and it is pricey. I look forward to going back when we can dine indoors.
Delicious meals and good service. Food came out on time.
It was very enjoyable. We sat by the window and could see out at the patio and look at the garden. It was so nice.
Our table was ready when we arrived and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We thought the entrees were a bit overpriced and not as extensive as we had hoped. $21 for a cheeseburger and fries seemed a bit much.
The warm bread to start was delicious.
My husband’s side of potatoes and my fries were mostly overcooked and inedible, but his steak was good and cooked as preferred.
The tented seating turned out to be fine. We had a lovely breeze and it really tempered the noise level.
Love it all!! The atmosphere, food, service and people!
The food was ok could’ve been better but I would love to see the rest of the place. Bathrooms weren’t that clean. But overall, nice place to go.
Father’s Day brunch. Wonderful service and wonderful food! I will be back!
Went for Father’s Day brunch. Food and drinks tasted great. They have a great cocktail menu. Service was a little slow in the beginning (waiting to order drinks / starters for the table) and they had a limited brunch menu for the day which I wish had been advertised in advance through socials.
It was an amazing experience. the crime brulee was AMAZING & Connor our server was such a delight & very friendly & kind. The manager was also very nice & very friendly. I would definitely come here again.
Good food, ambiance and service. We sat on the patio and it was outstanding.
I had made reservations however when we arrived they did not have a table and was going to seat us in the bar area. We were able to be seated outside because the bar was so loud you could have a conversation. The other issue is that they ran out of pork chop at 7:30 pm on a Saturday!! Most likely it will be a long time before I return, if I do. Plus it was over priced
Food was great, cocktail list refreshing, and our table staff (Clayton) was excellent.
First time dining outside at Autograph. We started with the parker house rolls and the crab cake. Due to a mix-up in the kitchen, the wait for our main course was a little long because they made our appetizers twice and gave them to us free of charge. I ordered the NY strip with blue cheese and carnalized onions, and my date ordered the salmon with charred Romanesco and a red pepper au jus; both were excellent. Additionally, the mint Moscow mule was also very good. The menu here changes fairly frequently, but is always excellent, this trip was no exception. I highly recommend a reservation made at least a day or two in advance as it is always busy.
Everything from the time we walked in the door to when we left was outstanding! The food, drinks, service, EVERYTHING! Our server, Clayton, was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, warm, and funny. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! Kudos for outstanding food and service.
As we have been reenteringg the world of dining out this experience was truly perfect. The menu was terrific and our selections excellent. Next to the cuisine our service was so warm and friendly. Madeline should be acknowledged for her wonderful service and great suggestions. We will be sure to ask for Madeline next time we dine!
We enjoyed our evening and the staff was very attentive. Our meal arrived undercooked but returned at the appropriate temperature
A favorite spot for special occasions! Our waiter was superb!
very nice restaurant -- we have been there a number of times -- the menu has changed sone toward more "standard" fare -- salmon, chicken burger... the prices have indeed have increased as I assume occurred at most restaurants -- will just have to eat out less -- a glass of wine- $20/glass, chicken dish -- $35+, Steak - $45+, veal Milanese which turned out to be breaded veal that was ground up vs pieces of veal -- tasted more like chicken. music and outdoor tent were a great welcome. if you are OK with food and higher prices, it is a nice restaurant. A BYOB would be a good alternative if cost is a factor.
Band playing in outdoor seating area made it hard to have conversation.
Service was slow. Leather cushion seating was not good height for a woman at a dining table.
Great experience from beginning to end. Server excellent, food outstanding.
some dishes were good, the pork belly, the scallops, some were just okay, the roast chicken which was dry and not properly seasoned. MORE SALT. the tuna tartare was below average sadly, the avocado didn’t help the virtually flavorless dish. the ice cream sundae was the best thing we had on the menu. it’s a well designed restaurant i just wish the food was on par with the setting.
Had dinner at Autograph on the rainiest night of the year. The staff was very accommodating as we were sitting under their beautiful tent and needed to move away from the rain. When we got the menus, we were a bit disappointed, as it was limited and did not appear to have been updated from a winter menu (butternut squash soup with apples), but we did find things to order. The food when it arrived, was delicious. My seared tuna was perfect as was another guest's fish. We had a nice meal and the staff was great! I would definitely go back, as would the other guests.
My friend and I ordered the Autograph omelet. We have never been served an omelet that looked like rubber/plastic not eggs. It was awful and we should have sent it back.
Our server, Madelene, was very pleasant as she was last week when I was at the restaurant. I will never return again, unless I'm invited to an event.
Whomever the chef was yesterday, needs to learn how to make omelets.
Superb - as always!
Our family loves Autograph! This time it was my husband and our two daughters for dinner. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, and with a special event in one of the private rooms, we were seated on time and our food was served in a timely manner. Love the wait staff here too- all of them are so friendly and attentive. And the food is always delicious! I tried the pork belly appetizer for the first time - the 5 spice sauce was perfect with the pork. My 3 companions all ordered one of the steak entrees and each said the steaks were cooked as ordered and melt in your mouth good!
This was one of the nicest restaurants ever, but that was that only good thing. There were 4 in our party and 3 of the dishes were wrong. I got a steak and it was OK. The other 3 got hamburgers and all three were cooked and finished incorrectly. The waiter come over and apologized but did nothing. The manager came over and took them back to remake, so I ate my steak alone. Then I was finished and the hamburgers came back - this time OK. Next the check came with no adjustment. Finally, the manager came and asked if we would like desert - very nice. Needless to say we will not be returning.
Autograph is probably the best restaurant on the main line between Wayne and Malvern. The bar area has a great ambiance, it’s lively and fun. The main dining room is large and beautifully decorated. We always get treated with excellent service and regardless of the occasion, we always have an very enjoyable time.
Chris (bartender) greeted us immediately. Very personable and offered suggestions on food selections.
The entire bar staff were very attentive and friendly.
Martinis were perfect!!
We ordered tuna appetizer- very fresh and good taste.
Hamburger was the best I’ve had in a while.
First time going here but definitely won’t be the last.
We were seated upon arrival, delighted with the semi-enclosed booth which provided an intimate setting for our group of 5 luncheon guests. The server greeted us promptly, took drink orders, and the meal proceeded without any miscues. The food was outstanding... we mainly ordered breakfast items from their brunch menu. All good. A very pleasant dining experience.
SUCH a great outdoor setting in the spacious tent. Nobody on top of us, nobody making noise, even though we were in the parking lot. I hope they keep the outdoor dining forever! Food is always yummy too!
Great food & attentive service. Can't wait to go back.
Last minute reservation for a party of 6 on a busy Friday evening. Hardly any wait and the service was great....
It was a great Birthday celebration spot!
Everything was great! Service, Food, Ambience. They always do a great job!
First time there. Would love to spend hours looking at the photos and record album covers and instruments on the walls! The light fixture made of brass instruments is incredible. The service was efficient, and professional. Food was very good, although not certain about the price point. It seemed very high, but perhaps that is usual and customary charges for a really cool restaurant on the Main Line.
The atmosphere alone is definitely worth checking this place out, and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the food or the drinks. Overall, a very good experience, and I can't wait to go back and spend more time there!
Please change your menu for summer. All the choices are so heavy. Appetizer menu is boring. LOVE the atmosphere. Great service but you must update the menu.
Our family was at Autograph for lunch. It was delicious. The service was exceptional. The server was attentive, friendly and accommodating.
Great time - wonderful food - excellent friendly service.
The outdoor tented dining area is incredible - super comfortable and relaxing. Very attentive service and delicious food.
