At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. Its a difference you can taste and one we hope you will keep coming back for. At Austin's, everything we do, we do because our customers deserve it. We serve only Black Angus or USDA Prime beef. Prime beef is the highest USDA beef grade and is the best quality of beef you can find. It is tender and juicy because of the marbling (fat), and has a rich meaty flavor. Hand cut in-house, seasoned with Austin's 5~spice blend and finished with our steak butter. Excellent quality of food and service. A bit loud on a Sunday (Mother's Day) but not too big of a deal. Only shock to the receipt was the $12 for one Long Island Ice Tea. Other than that, would definitely recommend and will return again.

We did an early dinner and it was busy. Our server was friendly, she only checked back twice and seemed scared of us. Weird. The food was mediocre, I don't think we will return.

What a wonderful dinner! I dined by myself and am always pleased with the food and service at Austin’s. Having your food cooked on a wood burning grill elevates it to a whole new level!! The staff was amazing. My server, Christi and chef, Audrey never disappoint. I will definitely be coming back! The manager, Richard, even stopped by my table to chat. I honestly have never had anything that I didn’t like. What a great experience!

Had a small group for a birthday dinner. It was a Tuesday so most had the strip steak special. Ordered steak medium, it was medium rare but tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service took a bit longer than I would have liked but it was very busy for a week night.

First time for me but my wife had been there before. Excellent service. Food was very tasty. I had brisket and Mac N Cheese. Not very much brisket but it was very good. My wife just had a burger which she said was very good. We will repeat and try other dishes.
