Wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was attentive but not overly intrusive. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend the wine pairing to go with it all. So many added surprises that weren't on the menu, but in the end we went away beautifully satisfied, and not feeling like we ate too much. A win in our book.

Such an amazing and special dinner spent with friends. We really appreciated that they brought on a tour of the kitchen, we were also able to meet the head chef. Everything was spot on and what I would expect from a Michelin star restaurant.

This is a restaurant you attend for the experience and not just to fill up your belly. The food is simply outstanding. We had six official courses but we had probably a dozen dishes brought out to us during our three hour meal. The staff were courteous and attentive, and we got the chance to tour the kitchen and meet the chef.

Hands down the best meal I’ve had at a restaurant. Delicious and unique food was served with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. We were blown away with each bite and left that night feeling so satisfied. Additionally each person who worked at the restaurant provided us with fantastic care and made us feel like we were a guest in their own home. We were even invited to go into the kitchen, meet the chef and get a quick tour… this was the most unique experience we have had and we were humbled by the few minutes we had with Chef and his amazing staff. This meal is worth every penny and I hope that this restaurant continues to get the accolades and following Chef and the team at Auro deserve. MUST go!!

Is it a contradiction to say a restaurant was good, but that we probably won't return? What would cause that decision? Auro presents a menu within the style of a three-star restaurant (many small attractive plates) but struggles to reach the flavor level of the single star they've achieved. While none of the dishes were offensive, none earned a desire for an encore. The kampachi was probably the best executed with a nice agua chili. The wagyu was tough. I got tired of chewing the grizzle, which I spit out and hid under a small piece of bread. The piece of kinki fish (a purportedly rare rockfish/cod) was so small as to evoke laughter, as in you've got to be kidding. The wine list is extensive. However, again, you've got to be kidding. $400-$465 for the current releases of Mark Aubert's delicious Chardonnays? $815 for the Sine Qua Non Aperta, a white Rhone blend that sells for around $125 for those lucky enough to be on their list, and available at reasonable premiums from various online sites. Other mark ups seemed fairer, but I didn't make an extensive analysis. To be fair, they provide generous pours when ordering wines by the glass. Their corkage is $75. Given their list mark ups, you may still be better off paying the ransom if you bring a nice bottle. I greatly appreciate restaurants that do have a corkage policy, tho' I'd hoped that here in wine country they'd keep it down to earth. $55 at Bouchon? $200 at FL? Come on, guys. The service is exemplary at Auro and the architectural design and quality probably necessitate their high prices. Menu prix fixe was $205. The menus didn't include the price. I guess "if you gotta ask"... I think La Toque provides a better value in the one-star category and I generally find their offerings more delicious. While most plates at Auro were good, the only ones that earned "delicious" were the desserts. I wanted to love Auro and I want it to succeed. I hope they'll continue to improve. I'll wait to hear they have before a return.

Auro was one of the best dining experiences. We celebrated my sisters 40th birthday here. Our server Adam was genuine, lovely, great conversation, selected a great wine for the accompanying meal, and had great energy. Salma beautifully presented each meal as well and great service! Chef Rogelio portrays his humble roots through the expression of his Latin/Mexican influence in subtle touches in the tasting experience. Absolutely amazing experience. His true attention to detail that him and the team embody is truly represented. The presentation of the fresh local ingridients being used was unique. I have dined at many Michelin restaurants but there is something special here characterized by the service, the humbleness of the people and ingredients and overall gray flavors!

Beyond our expectation! The food was outstanding, both in taste and design including, all the extra you receive! The service was impeccable. Jordan our main person was excellent and the support team was right there with him..we had a table in the kitchen and it was a learning and fun experience to watch the entire team put together this wonderful food. The chef even visited our table! We will definitely be back! A second Michelin star is well deserved!

We had a beautiful meal at Auro on Saturday. Our table in the kitchen was a special experience and one I highly recommend. This was our second experience, our first being last November, and it was nice to taste that the food and drink remain excellent.

Meticulously presented Californian cuisine with impeccably paired local wines. Service was gracious and inviting and the included tour of the kitchen a real treat. Easy to see how this team earned its first Michelin star in a mere 8 months.

Amazing experience for our anniversary! Great service, ambiance, and lát but not least each dish was special and unique. The flavors of every bite was bursting and you could tell the freshness of their seasonal ingredients. We cannot wait to come back.

Even as a jaded local I found the experience impressive. At current menu pricing it is an outstanding value for fine dining, and the service was very attentive and the staff knowledgeable. The kitchen walk through is a great experience and adds to the transparency that Chef Garcia forwards to his guests.

This is our third time dining at Euro in 6 months. Last night was our best experience yet. The food is absolutely outstanding and Chef Rogelio and his team not only deserve their newly-minted Michelin star - we think they're on their way to 2 stars if they can keep up the quality of the food and service. The only caveat is that it is cold in the restaurant as the doors to the terrace are left open. We are Europeans and love a warm, cozy dining experience - unfortunately in the US, it is often cold (either because the AC is blasting or because doors are kept open). We very much hope that will change.

After Auro is awarded a Michelin star, this is our first dining experience at the restaurant. The food is delicious and presentation is fabulous. Chef Garcia’s cuisine is quite creative. I am impressed with the interaction with waiters and waitresses who came to the table explaining the sources of the food to be served. The experience of meeting the chef before the last tasting menu course is a must for completing the dining enjoyment. Overall, Auro is an outstanding Michelin star restaurant and is highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely lovely. We were lucky enough to sit in the kitchen which is why the noise level was high. We wouldn't have it any other way as it lent the overall experience.

True world-class experience so much so my mother in laws only note of fault for the night was a single drop of wine on her knife after a pour. Staff was accommodating of our off program request for caviar course. Food was both satisfying and mind expanding. Chef Garcia was very gracious and educational in showing us the kitchen along with talking shop to my chatty chef wife. A wonderful experience we hope to revisit with more to learn.

Could not have been more pleased with our experience at Auro. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and enjoyed sitting in the kitchen watching the magic happen. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and found the wines interesting and well paired to the food selections. The food was incredible and diverse in flavor and preparation. The chef and staff did a wonderful job working with my wife’s food allergies making adjustments to the menu to accommodate her needs while providing her the same incredible experience. The kitchen is full of very talented and passionate individuals, but more than that they work incredibly well as a team and the result was a remarkable experience and fantastic meal we will be talking about for a long time.

Best dining experience ever. Exceeded any and all expectations. From meeting the chef while touring the kitchen, to talking with our waitress and the sommelier, it was an incredible experience and worth every bit. I highly recommend and would gladly go back again
