Audley Dance, a cafe & restaurant overlooking the beautiful lawn of the historic Audley Picnic Flats and the gentle meandering Hacking River. 10 minutes South of Sutherland in the Royal National Park. Above the cafe & restaurant is the Dance Hall, perfectly set for beautiful views, seclusion and a hall for all occasions from weddings, birthdays and memorials to conferences and exhibitions. Step into nature, walk the paths, ride the trails, paddle boats, eat wholesome food, listen to the birds, breathe fresh air, sense the history, relax and unwind with us at Audley.
10 minutes from Sutherland, 45 minutes from Sydney & 40 minutes from Wollongong, in the Park you will feel a world away. Open 7 days 8:30am-4pm (8am-4:30pm on weekends). Audley Dance Hall is open every public holiday except for Christmas day.

Audley Dance Hall is a Heritage listed Dance Hall tastefully renovated to create one of Sydney’s premier venues. Over-looking the majestic Audley Valley and the Hacking River the Dance Hall is set amongst beautiful parkland, perfect for romantic ceremonies and picturesque back drops. The timber lined Dance Hall provides a rich blank canvas to frame the celebrations of your dreams, with flexibility from small intimate occasions to seated dinners of up to 200 guests, all whilst allowing room for a dance floor and the absorbing Park views from the full width verandah.

Seemed to be new young staff, delightful/refreshing experience. The only thing that would have been appreciated, would be chilled water. In saying that we probably would have outstayed our welcome.

We are regular customers. Whether it be family, friends or taking my elderly mum out for a meal it always ticks every box. It’s always a wonderful experience so unique to a beautiful national park and its surroundings.

*Very pleasant, relaxing environment with the river, trees and large grassy area. *The staff were extremely professional, personable and efficient and helped make the evening an enjoyable experience. *The meals were enjoyed by most of our group, except the lamb souvlaki, as the lamb was tough and gristly. *The only negative was the booking process. Every phone call directed me to go online. When I booked online through a 3rd party, I made an enquiry to which I did not receive a reply. A simple, 2 minute phone call would have solved my issue and avoided unnecessary inconvenience for me, but every phone call directed me back to online. Kris

Having booked a table for 12 people, we were very surprised to find that they would not split the bill. It used to be no problem at this restaurant, maybe under new management?? Food was average, ordered a coffee that never turned up. Won't be going back.

We had our beautiful wedding 9 years ago in here and the food was still as delicious as before. This place is truly a gem!
