This restaurant checked every box and then some. The indoor ambience was quaint. We had a table by the fireplace and it was perfect on a rainy Saturday. The service was above and beyond. Attentive, prompt and cheerful. The food was absolutely amazing! We shared a fresh out of the oven cranberry scone with a delicious lemon curd on the side to start with. My husband had the Eggs Benedict Burger. Wow! The hollandaise sauce on top was the perfect addition. I had the Bacon and Egg Croissant. The croissant was baked to perfection amd the eggs were very fluffy. The Bloody Mary's and Grand Mimosa were the perfect addition to our brunch. We are huge fans and can't wait to go back!

The food take more time to get ready than usual, the service wasn’t very attentive, we can have just one dessert with the promotion we had... comparing with last time when we had an amazing experience with someone playing the arp on the back salon of the restaurant

With high expectations, I’d hoped the French must see in Zionsville would impress. However, with no rush on a Monday night - it took over an hour to receive 2 entrees, drinks went infilled for 15-20 minute bouts, and our server would often check her smart watch while “checking” on us (including while dropping the bill.)
Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Shared the Tuna Tartare and the Truffled Duck Liver Mousse appetizer. Both were excellent. The Steak Frites was very good and the peppercorn sauce with it was a really nice touch. I like the cocktail menu and wide selections of wines by the glass. The classical guitarist was awesome and added the overall ambiance.

I have got to say since I have been back in Indiana this is one of the most amazing restaurants we have eaten at.... The food was phenomenal, the cook is incredibly talented... the service was great, the employees where friendly, and the ambience is outstanding.... We will be adventuring back here soon....

The food is always delicious. The French onion Soup is my favorite. We sat outside by the fire...wonderful. Our server was friendly and vey helpful. Can't wait for our next visit.

Excellent French cuisine. A good selection of French Burgandies (Chard and Pinots) as well as decent Red Rhônes. Cocktails were well done. Mussels were terrific; Camembert app was outstanding; Duck breast was perfectly prepared medium rare. Bouillabaisse was nicely done with ample amounts of seafood and potato in a savory sauce - a bit thicker than I’ve had before ... and well appreciated. Desserts of creme brûlée and profiteroles were a perfect finish. A bit understaffed tonite but pleasant and fairly efficient service.

Did not have a table although made a reservation
Were placed in the back
Food was terrible Boeuf Bourguignon out of a can garder than shoe and gold
Steak got the wrong order ( I ordered rare got well done ) food cold
Bad sauce cold fries

In times of Covid one would think people would go at of their way to get customers back

It is not the case

My daughter and I were staying at the Brick Street Inn for my birthday weekend and dined at Auberge. It was authentic "French" and the atmosphere is delightful. We both started with a cup of pumpkin soup which was delicious. For a main course, I had the Beef Bourguignon which was outstanding. It's a very large portion so be sure you're hungry! My daughter enjoyed the Steak Frite which was outstanding as well. For dessert, be sure to try the chef made profiteroles'.

We are new to the area and I wanted to bring my mom to a cute place in Z'ville for lunch for her first visit and Auberge did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal, the service suberb! I can't wait to come back again and again!

The French onion soup is real French cooking
In a bowl. The French American burger is awesome.
It’s the Left Banke of Paris meets Indiana. Nicely done presentations.

We had a good time. Waiter was good. We just felt like there were not enough choices on the menu. Food was ok but certainly not worth the price. There were a lot of bees that kept landing on our food. We are bee lovers but not on our food. Very distracting from any conversations.

Food was very good. Service was great! Was a chilly night but they had blankets for each table, which was so awesome and cozy! I will say I was disappointed bc the dish I had wanted they ran out of the sauce.... no back up? No sauce option? a special sauce the chef came up with? So I ended up getting something that was tasty but just not what I had in mind. 2 bites and I was done. That was a bummer. That being said it will completely not detour us from visiting again! We’ve even considered a quick one night stay in the bed and breakfast that is located upstairs for a fun, quiet, away from the city get away! Would recommend!!

Great Friday night dinner AND Saturday Brunch! Outside seating Friday night with musicians and fire pits added a great touch. Rolls, fresh fruit, salad, crab cake, steak, cocktails and creme brûlée were all first rate. Staff was courteous and professional throughout our stay. Saturday brunch did not disappoint either. Breakfast quiche and skillet were top notch. From our experience, we would recommend staying the night and enjoying the breakfast/brunch that was included with the stay. Will definitely return!

Usually like the place but the little bubbly served before dining was warm and flat, our table was away from the heat source outside despite reservations, blankets hard to come by. Rolls were never offered but we received some after seeing other tables get them without requesting. Steak was dry, overcooked and leathery, with “frites” much like Ore Ida oven fries. Risotto was also dry and non authentic. The Pavlova dessert was uncuttable, completely gummy, not brittle and crackly like it usually is here and as it should be. Inedible. The profiteroles were passable but with rhubarb ice cream, gave an acidic and unpleasant taste. Typically this is a fish served with chocolate or vanilla ice cream and chocolate ganache. Apparently not here. We are frequent diners here and this three course meal was a f-l-o-p.

We love Auberge! Outstanding menu options. The food is just sometimes not cooked right. Our mussels this time were over cooked and shriveled with little sauce. Romantic and one of our favorites for date night.

The kitchen was a little slow, but when the food came out, it was delicious. The tuna tartare appetizer was the star of the evening, and the steak frites (while a bit cool) was cooked beautifully and wonderful flavor. Kendra, our server, was friendly and, though quite busy, perfectly attentive (just enough, not too much). She warned us that things might be slow since only one cook was in the kitchen. This information, of course, made the wait more palatable, as did her demeanor. It was the first time we have eaten at a restaurant in seven months (we ate outside), so we were quite eager. We're glad we chose Auberge.
