Bad. Do not know if it is the restaurant’s fault or OpenTable’s, but it allowed me to make reservation for 8:30 pm on 12/30/18. Made the 30 min trip there and the restaurant was closed. WTF!

Lovely lunch with work friends. Great food and cosy atmosphere. Real home-cooked Italian family restaurant.

Whist there was nothing bad about this restaurant which we had booked to take friends to after an afternoon out it didn’t have the wow factor. My stater was avocado and prawns and that is what it was half an avocado filled with prawns with lettuce a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato. I had mushrooms rissotto which as expected was rissotto with mushrooms and was reasonably tasty. Potion was not large. The food we described as honest and homely and the restaurant typical Italian. Staff were friendly.

Booked a table for 2 at this ristorante for pre-theatre meal. Was greeted by friendly staff who offered us a free glass of quite decent Prosecco. Huh I thought, that’s a decent start! Selected scampi trasteverina (beautifully prepared and simply cooked) and an old skool prawn both dishes hit the spot 👍🏽 The mains arrived soon after, a delicately cooked Dover sole and an off menu selection of fegato alla beurre which wasn’t a problem for the very accommodating staff. Have to say the food was uniformly excellent and the wine...a cheeky little moscatel and Sauvignon blanc grape mix...a perfect accompaniment. A great little find in Farringdon for a moderately priced, good quality Italian meal. Good service enhanced the overall experience. Definitely will use again.

Handy location near Farringdon station. Old fashioned (in a good way) menu of classic Italian dishes. We all had main and dessert and enjoyed both. Filled up completely later, so glad we had booked.

My first visit in about 15 years and good to see they are still going strong with a good trattoria style menu. Fast service & delicious food.

It's a lovely little spot and most importantly it isn't a chain restaurant. However, it is charging quite a lot for dishes, more than it used too and the quality, selection or service hasn't increased to justify it.
