   The environment is beautiful, the overall atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious as always, and the front desk receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel at home. However, in the last two dining experiences, the attitude of the service staff made people feel uncomfortable, which is really a pity. The first time was a lady who was obviously in a bad mood. She should be a newcomer. Her tone was cold during the communication, lacking basic courtesy and patience, which made people feel a clear sense of distance. The second time was an older man, whose attitude was also not friendly, and seemed to lack due respect and care for customers. Although there was no direct conflict, this indifferent and impatient service attitude undoubtedly affected the overall experience. I hope that the management team can pay attention to the uniformity of service quality, so that every employee can uphold the professional and friendly service standards, which complements the overall environment and the excellent performance of the front desk.

   Ordered cowboy steak. Asked them to cut to split between 2. U fortunately the steak was a bit tough. Advised server and she asked if we wanted another but said no. One in party gad birthday so gave a free dessert. Was very good Although was sunny outside we sat in outside area but very cold. The closed the roof a bit but was still cold. Not a great experience as before but will go back in furure

   This was our second time visiting this location. From our arrival to our leaving it was mediocre. One of the tenderloin steaks was tough, but my son Didn’t want to say anything. My drink was the worst cosmo I ever had! So disappointing! Possibly an off day for everyone. We also chose the dining room as opposed to the patio. Very loud in the dining room. Note to self. Choose the patio!

   Ambiance was fantastic & service was outstanding! Our server John, along with the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

   Seafood was a bit dissappointing. Salmon was dry. Service was awesome. Music a bit loud.

   We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for my birthday celebration. Our server was fantastic—patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the oysters, although they were smaller than the ones I've had previously at Q at the Fairmont Empress. Hopefully, larger oysters will be available next time. Aside from that, everything was exceptional. I truly appreciated the warm welcome from every staff member upon arrival. The manager was also great—attentive and personable. My guests and I had an amazing time. Thank you all so much. We’ll definitely be back!

   The waitress. Was Excellent. The Prime Rib dinner at $48. A plate was very tough and stringy!! Not at all tender like it should be! April 27,2025

    We really enjoyed our food and drinks. Our server was wonderful and very friendly. He was very attentive and helpful. We were a party of 6 and had ordered the Tomahawk with several side dishes and It was quite filling and very tasty! We will definitely be back and try other food on their menu. Highly recommended!
