asha is a contemporary Australian restaurant with a Middle Eastern influence.
Find us in the leafy suburb of Goodwood, Adelaide, 2 doors down from Good Gilbert. This intimate dining space has been designed to elevate neighbourhood high-end casual dining, transporting you in time and place.
We have 3 distinct dining areas available, a hotel-esq bar with deep stools which will allow you to oversee Chef Scott Fox and his team cook for the restaurant whilst you can watch the hustle of the bar, with it's tall custom built cherry oak shelves, before you - we think this is our favourite spot. Alternatively, you may find yourself in our intimate bar booths wrapped in blue velvet and leather, these are very cosy and are best enjoyed with some of your best friends or family. Lastly, our main dining space will be for those who prefer a more formal setting with a little more space, banquette seating and dining chairs.

A La Carte Menu

For something more casual, the A La Carte menu allows you to order your way without committing to a multi course meal, though you may still choose to do this at the time of your booking. Groups of 6+ guests will only be offered our 3/4 course shared menu. Please inform us of any dietaries or allergies at the time of booking. Please note, a la Carte bookings will be subject to a time limitation of 2hours due to limited capacity, thank you for understanding.

Summer is here, and for the team at asha, that means the season of long lunches, shared with friends, is upon us. So come pop a bottle of bubbles and join the team for a lunch you won’t forget. Upon arrival all guests will be greeted with a cocktail. Followed by a three course meal including snacks, entrees and main courses. Of course the option remains to add something sweet to finish up. Bookings are essential – $69 includes cocktail on arrival and three course set long lunch - so round up the girls, grab your mates, or just come in for an intimate date – Bookings now available.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. We were warmly greeted by Mel, who was professional and patient. She answered our questions and accommodated our dietary requirements while also providing explanations of the menu and some helpful suggestions. The food was outstanding! The fresh Turkish bread paired perfectly with the homemade hummus, and the beetroot dish had an ideal balance of sweetness and citrusy sourness. The broccolini was fresh and complemented by delicious spices, making for a simple yet delightful dish. The baked pumpkin brought out its natural sweetness, and the spicy pumpkin seed sauce created a fantastic combination. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will definitely visit again!

By far one of the best new restaurants in Adelaide. Couldn't believe just how tasty every single dish was. We did the 3 course feed me for $75 which, upon reflection, is grossly underpriced for this level of quality. I was particularly impressed at just how many items were either gluten free already or could easily be made gluten free. Service was 10 out of 10. Attentive but not over-enthusiastic. Down to earth but incredibly professional. No doubt we will be returning again and again.

Brilliant! Highly recommend this place. I required a coeliac friendly menu choice and I was not disappointed.

This is a little gem. Great food with a middle eastern twist. Excellent wine list to go with it and attentive and friendly service. Will definitely go back.
