   The food was great service was awful. Server was not attentive and forgot about us, never mentioned items they were out of (which was 80% of the menu) so after 25 mins of sitting we attempted to order to only find out all of our options weren’t available. Then food took forever! Another server who was helping from Indy came to us and told us the kitchen was short staffed, also would’ve been helpful for our server to communicate but didn’t. I can understand that, but again communication is key! The food was great, not what we wanted but it was good! This was poor planning on management with food prepping and ordering for a busy weekend. I would only come back to refill our growlers and maybe have an app at the bar while I wait.

   We came with a reservation for Mother’s Day. We ordered the elote fritters which came out with raw batter in the middle. The server was very nice about it and brought us a new order but they were burnt (but cooked thru so we ate them because we were starving). Despite it not being very busy, our food took 45+ mins. Our entrees were fine (cooked thru and not burned- fried were over cooked but edible), but by the time they came everyone was ready to leave. I had intended to order dessert and a 4 pack of the special release ciders but just wanted out of there so left without both. Trying to entertain a 3 year old for an extra 40 mins in a restaurant was a damper. Our server was nice and very apologetic but didn’t offer anything besides ongoing apologies and noting “the guy in the back is working on figuring things out.” We won’t be back unless it’s to pick up drinks to go, which is a shame.

   Waited an hour for a very simple lunch order and finally had them make it to go because we had to be somewhere to be. Then waited 10 more minutes… I think they lost the first order and the server never checked on it until we asked about it. Will go again and give them another chance.

   I felt bad for the staff. They were so short staffed in the kitchen that several waitstaff were splitting time on the floor and in the back. Appetizers forgotten. Entrees took an hour. Food was serviceable.

   From entry to exit the staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. They were not busy so the noise level was low. We were told there would be a little longer wait than they would like because they were a little short staffed. Because they told us, and we weren’t in a hurry we enjoyed our time. The food was delicious. We ordered Cider flights and pretzels appetizer to start. Then we had seven different meals and everyone cleaned their plates!

   The flight was the perfect way for me to try several of their ciders. The meals worked well with ciders and I enjoyed my time at the restaurant.

   The service was very slow- I think they were understaffed. It took 45 minutes after we were seated for our orders to be taken. We were ready long before then. The food was fair. I had a roasted chicken sandwich- the bread was grilled, but had so much butter and/or oil that it was extremely greasy. That overshadowed the flavor of the food. The other food was very average- not sure if we'll give it another chance or not. The location is convenient, and it was a cute place that we were excited to try

   Arrived at 11am when they opened. No one in restaurant - incredibly slow service. Water tasted weird, apple cider was awful. Food was good, not great. Definitely low value for price. Took almost an hour to order and receive food. Had to ask several times for a soda refill.

    The food during lunch time was delicious and a hardy portion. Our server was exceptional! He was friendly and extra thoughtful. I will definitely be back!
