Beautiful experience starting with a very courteous waitress Madison, the onion soup was the best we ever had, it was not your normal onion soup it was blended poured over a dallop of mascarpone and Parmesan crisp, the cod was out of this world with black rice and miso glaze, the chimichurri wagyu steak was done to perfection, drinks and dessert did not disappoint either!! I would pass by Elkhart anytime to dine at this fine establishment again!!

Another fantastic dinning experience. Starting with the Happy Birthday wishes and the card at the table signed by the staff. The seafood stew was great and a large portion; I hardly had room for the dessert. Service was attentive and perfect by Elle.

Shrimp Risotto was very good. Salmon with couscous was devoured by by kid. The house salad was very nice. Husband had a spicy stew, can’t recall the details. We liked the maple crème brûlée. Service was attentive and polite. Food was great, very pleasant evening.

The food was absolutely scrumptious, and the presentation was top-notch! The only thing that let me down was the waitress. I felt a bit overwhelmed by how aggressive our waitress was about ordering our meals. I just wanted to have a casual conversation with my daughter, and she wouldn’t let us have it.

We had a wonderful meal with friends on a Tuesday evening (the restaurant was full). The views enhanced the experience. The seafood tower was amazing and we loved the wedge salad too. My wife had the best steak she’s ever had (ribeye), while I thoroughly enjoyed the halibut. It was perfectly prepared and served with sautéed greens and tomatoes-a Mediterranean style that was so good the whole table shared bites. Well done Cascade! The service was exceptional and we will be back.

I had a lot of fun at this restaurant for my 21st Birthday! I tried a couple of wines by recommendation of my server, Micah E. I’ve been to Artisan a few times before my birthday, and yet, Micah was very helpful with me and my table when we were making all kinds of choices. I hope to come back soon! -Diego O.

Absolutely incredible experience. This is BY FAR the best restaurant in Elkhart. Thank you to Chef Chris, Missy, Isabella, Landon, Reagan and Cassy. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional!
