                    Seated plated dinner parties begin with a few elegant passed appetizers and move on to a salad course, then a soup. For very elegant parties, an intermezzo follows the soup course and then entrée. The meal is finished with a delicious dessert. Seated plated events are full service and and typically the highest cost of our services. Chef can provide china, glassware, flatware, linens, and specialty serviceware.
