Walked out before anyone came to serve us. We waited 20min after our reservation was originally set to be seated. Once finally seated no one came to serve for 20 minutes. Tried calling waiters but got ignored. Seemed like a good restaurant but did not feel welcomed. Would rate zero stars

Food was very good, drinks were strong. Everything took forever: seating, server, drinks, food but each worker was very kind and the vibes are good enough that it didn’t impact our experience.

The ambience and food were good, but the service was disappointing. Even though it was a birthday reservation, there was no special welcome, complimentary cake, or any accommodation. The waiter even took our cakes before we finished, and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. I mentioned it to the hostess, but she seemed uninterested. It was also hard to get the waiters’ attention throughout the night. On top of that, parking was its usual hassle in that area, and my friends had problems with valet — their system was flawed, double-charging everyone, and we had to wait about 15 minutes outside while they sorted it out

The service and ambiance was lovely. There was a live DJ playing but my party of 3 was set just far away that we could hear one another and talk comfortably. We had the Hola Barbie, prickly pear margarita, and house margarita for cocktails and they were excellent. Food-wise, we had several fish tacos and steak with mole. All cooked to perfection but we noticed the steak and salsas needed a touch more salt but this is solely due to my table's preferences. We also had the dulce de leche Sunday and it was a wonderful hit with us as it had a lovely rum reduction within the ice cream itself. We look forward to going again!

Truly horrible service - has to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time and the staff was rude. Waitress yelled at house for a hot plate and was overall not a good experience. There was also an event going on and the bar was full of people barefoot and dressed inappropriately. Would not go back

It was a great tone, ambiance, and overall experience at Arriba! You'd never know it was located inside of the hotel until you see people walking around in swimsuits. Indoor and outdoor bars were top-notch for people visiting on business trips. Food? Well... we went during lunch time on a Friday and small selection to choose from. The food was good, though! Maybe dinner has more options? We'd only go back for the relaxing lounge/bar experience, but not dining. Definitely caters to the hotel guest, not locals.

I love Arriba Abajo, but the service was really off at my last visit. Drinks were slow to arrive, guacamole did not get to our table before our main courses arrived and our waitress was difficult to track down. I think all restaurants are struggling right now, so I'm definitely going to keep giving this one a chance. The food and ambiance are too good not to!
